The room was perfect for our stay - the kitchen was great for coffee and cooking and serving quick meals, the balcony perfect for eating outside, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom impeccable, the wardrobes ample, and the hotel is very clean. The staff is absolutely fantastic, they raise the bar to a superb level. You can ask about local attractions and recommendations, further travel, or any other question that may come up - they are very friendly, speak various languages, and are delightfully helpful.

Location and size of the room and also the big balcony. We are were there for the Ironman and the location was perfect, not on the route of the race but within short walking distances to the activities associated with the race. Our room was very large with a good kitchen to prep meals and the balcony was a nice place to enjoy those meals.

I liked everything

We chose this property as it is a 30 minute drive from Ravenna and to give us a 'beach-break'. The communication from the hotel staff and the reception was excellent. The room was clean and well-equipped and the beach is less than 250 metres away! This is a great place to stay if you are thinking of a beach holiday.

Nothing. Cervia is a beach resort and we have visited right at the very beginning of the season so there are not many people here. The beach is fantastic - 9km of sandy beach. The hotel has a link-in with two of the beach clubs and umbrellas / beds can be rented at reasonable prices.

Excellent customer service. Room cleanliness 100%. Large apartment with lovely balcony. Close to beach and perfect location for all other activities. Will highly recommend for any travellers. Will happily stay there again.

No milk in fridge at arrival.

We spent at Residence I Diamanti our beach holiday at the end of August. By that time, the peak summer season was over. The village Cervia and the beaches were not overcrowded. 5 minutes walk from the beach. The neightbouring residences were also quit. Rooms were clean and new. We arrived by car, a family of five. We all slept in one room. Terrace was really amazing and spacious. Parking next to apartment, parking on a small parking slot, but in the paved backyard. Parking to be paid extra per day. Tax to be paid at the reception desk. Reception send information on check-in/ check-out etc via WhatsUp. They offer only one key per room, I would recommend two.

We had a delightful holiday in Diamanti. The entire experience was a joy from start to finish. The staff was helpful and very friendly. Our room was a cozy haven, clean, well-equipped, and provided us with the perfect retreat. The location was great, too, just a stone's throw away from the beach.

The only thing we may suggest is to set up a common area where you can use an iron to press your clothes.

They didn't empty the bins during our 4 day stay. As we were cooking etc, it was full very quickly.

The check in process and the on site parking, the apartment was spacious and fully equipped, as mentioned online. They were kind enough to give an early check in and a late check out.
