The rooms are nice, the bathroom also has quality shower gel. The air conditioner is not aimed at the bed, so it can be used even at night. The staff is perfect, friendly and professional. Beautiful sea view from the terrace. The hotel's beach is well-maintained, with plenty of umbrellas and sunbeds.

The hotel is very good. The quality of the service, cleanliness of the room and places in the hotel, quality of the food in restaurant are on high level. Environment in general is also good and pleasant. The staff in the hotel is very responsive and positive. The water in the hotel is drinkable, so you can drink right from tap. 3 minutes to go to the coast shore. Yoga activities. It was also possible to get parking card to park the car in the city itself and nearest areas. Francesca and her team make this hotel what it is- a real pearl in the Riviera Romagnola- they go above and beyond to give an excellent service and embody everything that Romagna is; friendly, open and welcoming! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the beachfront location was perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area and would absolutely stay here again.

The only thing I would change is making the breakfast buffet self-service rather than having to ask for what you wanted

Absolutely everything was great. But I have to note that soundproofness is not great. We heard our neighbors taking a shower, making love, etc Hotel staff was exceptionally welcoming peoples and even kindly offered free ride to train station

Soundproofness, but it seems common for european hotels. It was pricy, though it looked like ironman tax as the hotel was located right near transition zone

The view from the terrace and roof terrace were great. Also liked the breakfast, while first it was strange to ask food from the person behind the desk, but then got used to it and it was totally fine. Free use of sparkling water machine was great as it was really hot, when we stayed there. Also, free yoga classes would be fine to everyone interested. Very effective air conditioning in the room.

A well renovated beach front hotel that is well cared for. Staff were so helpful, kind, and welcoming. The wifi was strong and the AC was excellent. Good breakfast. The main floor was such a nice place to hang out. Perfect location for the beach.

Our room was small but comfortable. The doors to the room let through a lot of hall noise.

This property is fabulous. We have a balcony overlooking the ocean. I couldn’t ask for more.

The food in the morning for breakfast was fantastic. The evening meals I don’t really care for the pasta wasn’t cooked enough.

I spent the whole week in the hotel during Ironman Emilia-Romagna. The location of the hotel is amazing, right at the end of the transition. Highly recommend it. Hotel & room were clean, staff was very nice, however, some of them could have a better command of English. If I will come back to Cervia definitely will use Hotel Kiss.

Great breakfast! New bathroom! Firm bed! Great location! Good prices in May! Can't beat it. Wish the beach was cleaner, but that's not their issue.
