Characterful typical Italian family-run hotel with good food, spacious outdoor areas. On the edge of a quiet mountain town but just 5 - 6 kilometres from the resort of Cogoleto. Easy to get to without a car BUT the last bus from Cogoleto outside peak season is 19:45 (there are later ones in peak season) and the taxis in Cogoleto sometimes finish about 19:00. Two other bar / restaurants in the town though one is not open every night.

This place was wonderful, Third generation family run hotel with an excellent restaurant. The chef cooks several options and that's what is for dinner that night. The night we dined there we were told a table was set up for us with bread and water at the table, We were first served thinly sliced veil with tuna sauce for the appetizer, then we were served pasta Bolognese and pesto. then it was a course of rabbit and pork with zucchini and eggplant fries. then dinner was finished off with home made tiramisu and home made limoncello

First of all: the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. By my observation, the business is run by a family and they are very professionals. Room are very clean ( a bit small) the food excelent and the pool is big, just across the gate.

Just a bit far from highway

nice small hotel 7 min drive from Cogoleto center, with parking. rooms are small but clean and comfy, balcony is a plus. you also have lots of tables to sit in the garden in the shade

This property is extremely underrated. We stayed in an apartment with kitchen (the only one in the place) and it was really well equipped with comfy beds, air conditioning and even a washing machine. The pool was a great value for kids given sea was a bit further away and it was quite rough during our stay. Yes, the place is still a bit old (the family run hotel has a long tradition), but they are renovating things ans making them better. In the end, it is just 2 star hotel.

The room we had was a bit older, but that was not a big deal, but there are a few easy fixes to make to increase the value. Wifi was not very stable unfortunately.

Very spacious appartement in a quiet environment. To be accessed via a very small road with a lot of corners. Upto 10min from beach and town. Good be seen as positive and negative.

Everything was old, the furniture and all equipment. No good blinds for the windows.
