Five-star cleanliness and comfort (mattress, pillows, sheets). Spacious bathtub/shower combo. Staff were friendly helpful, and my room was ready ahead of check-in time which I appreciate.

Industrial breakfast with no fresh juice or sugar-free yogurt/cereal. Air freshener next to bed was redundant and soap had a strong perfumed scent. Also, could be a pet peeve of mine but I thought I was getting too many reminders in the days leading up to my stay, one message would have been enough.

I did not eat breakfast but my wife did and I remember her saying that it was just okay. She mentioned the dining area was extremely small as well.

Parking seem to be a bit problematic. We found our own little place to park. I think it would be a good idea if the hotel is aware a guest has a rental car, they informed them of some parking options. The two spaces in front of the hotel were hardly available for long term parking.

Basic breakfast with your usual eggs, some fruit and cakes. Bathtub was a positive surprise. Staff was super friendly.

The cleaning staff spent time touching at our private items and organising them, but skipped the red wine ring shaped stains on the same table where they organised and moved our private cosmetics.

The room is spacious and with special decoration. Quality breakfast. I only stayed one night, so I can't give any other details. I arrived very late but the gentleman at the Reception was very quick and kind.

Some breakfast staff were rude to us. It was as if they were doing us a favor. Anyway, they kept an eye on us all the time as if we wanted to steal something.

This is a beautifully resorted old building. The decor is very welcoming as is the staff. The room is well equipped. It is a pleasant short walk from the historic centre. The staff was very accommodating since we had ebikes to charge and store overnight.

They ran out of most breakfast foods The bathroom is behind the bed and separated by a glass wall. The bathroom light is sensor controlled and can’t be turned off. If someone goes to the bathroom in the night everyone wakes up with the light and stays on too long

The location was close to the main square and restaurants and also close the street that takes you to Ragusa wifi was good and even breakfast

There was a big red stain between the bed and the shower cubicle the wood floor near the bath was not so clean

Everything was very nice, there is free public parking at the hotel, we had no problem parking the car Tasty breakfast. :)

The breakfast was very good, with a big selection of food. The personnel was very kind and helpful.

The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable.
