This is an exceptional place to stay. We’ve stayed at other Italian b and bs with a pool but what makes this so special is the welcome you will receive from Alessandro the property owner. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable he works tirelessly to make all his guests at home, supplying tips, suggestions and advice on local visits, attractions and restaurants throughout your stay. Thank you for everything.

The location is set back from the town centre. As a result it’s quiet and relaxed (which is a bonus) but it will be a drive in the evenings to local restaurants.

Everything was great - a quiet place with a clean, comfortable room and a nice pool area. But the best part was the very helpful host Alessandro, who went out of his way to make our trip even better. He also has good recommendations on where to go to enjoy the beach or eat food.

I don't have any negative feedback. Just want to mention that the location is a 20 minute walk from the beach or the town which might be a bit far if you don't bring your car. However, the host hooked us up with a taxi driver who was very friendly, always available and always on time so it's really not a problem at all.

The property is lovely. It’s very clean, has an infinity pool and nicely decorated. But it’s Alessandro that makes this a special place. He cannot do enough to make your stay just right. From asking what you want to get out of it then sending various recommendations and making bookings. We went to lovely restaurants, amazing beaches and great towns to see the most amazing architecture. The location means walk to the beachfront

The place is really exceptional, fantastic colour theme rooms, very comfortable, the infinity swimming pool is really nice as well as the private beach umbrella assigned to each room. At breakfast you can taste local fresh products and the owner Alessandro with his brother Giuseppe are a source of information about Sicilian culture and traditions. We appreciated all the restaurant suggestions around the area and we tried a lot of them without disappointment The property has a private parking which was one of the main reasons we choose to stay there.

Need a car to get everywhere as walking to Marina di Ragusa from there is possible but not recommended. It would be nice to have a refill of a couple of bottles of water every day in the fridge especially during hot days.

Very friendly host who provided useful recommendations on activities, restaurants etc. Nice pool and outdoor areas. Great breakfast with different options every day. Sun beds and umbrella by the pool reserved for each room was smart.

Calm, spotlessly clean and immaculately maintained. Fantastic pool, beautiful breakfasts with lots of local delicacies to try.

Not an easy walk into town but otherwise excellent.

From the magical place to the welcoming staff everything was so perfect. It is only a 2 mins drive to Marina Di Ragusa .

Breakfast, pool and view were all fantastic. Sea view rooms had spacious balconies. Great idea having sunbeds and umbrellas reserved per room. All the staff were exceptionally pleasant and welcoming.

Clean and comfortable room with an open sea view, a beautiful pool. Alessandro is an excellent host who enjoys his job. He gave us very useful information on places to visit, restaurants and beaches. It is necessary to have a car to move around
