The property is beautifully landscaped. There are 1 pools, one for laps and the other regular. The buffet breakfast has so many choices plus a chef prorating eggs to order. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. We had a deluxe room that was very large with king bed and couch and nice size balcony. The hotel’s private part of the beach is 1 block away.

For the price of the property I would think beach chairs/umbrellas would be included as part of the reason for booking this hotel was that that’s had both beach and pool.

Exceptional place. A little pricey but worth it. Nice and modern rooms, very clean, very friendly staff ready to assist and help you any way you wish. Three pools, two jacuzzies and a private beach 150 m away. Amazing surrounding of the hotel. It feels like you are in a botanical garden: palm trees, elephant trees, orchids, oleanders and everything really tidy and neat. I can imagine it gets quite busy in the top season, but in the end of June it was heavenly. Private parking available free. Great location to nearest town of Marine di Ragusa and great starting point for southern landmarks of Sicily: Agrigento, Scale di Turchi, Ragusa, Modica, Syracuse etc.

New hotel. Room was very spacious with a lovely bathroom and walk in shower. Lovely pool which includes the use of the sister hotel next door. Breakfast was amazing. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The cleaning lady went out of her way to make our bed more comfortable. Plenty of sun beds around the pool.

The bed mattress was much too firm for us, but the cleaning lady put softeners on top the mattress which improved it somewhat. The sun beds were also quite uncomfortable with no mattresses. We were sold the hotel as adult only, but there were young children present.

Due to severe disappointment with the previous hotel on our 'Sicilian Roadtrip', and with super help from Stefano at Acacia Hotel, we were able to extend our stay at the Acacia by one extra night (BIG THANKS to Stefano). And we were glad we did. Hotel is modern, relaxing, quiet, offers good food and drink options, and in perfect location at one end of the Marina di Ragusa long sandy beach area. Staff are all very friendly and create a happy and efficient holiday experience for guests. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the town centre where there are plenty of restaurants and bars (and the marina/harbour). Garden and pool areas are kept immaculate. The tidy private beach (although you have to pay for sun loungers/umbrella - but reasonably priced) is 2 minutes walk from the hotel.

Having to leave. Our stay (5 nights) was too short.

Rooms are spotless and comfortable. The pool area is a 9 out of 10 and staff are excellent.

Hotel bar is almost non existent with no atmosphere. Carpets in hallways are dated and stained. Visability of amenities needs improvement.

The pictures are accurate. The hotel is spotless, nicely decorated, good service, nice pools, good spa, good breakfast.

It says in the description that there is a gym - it’s not. there is a treadmill, a bike and a stepping machine in a tiny corner of the spa. No weights or kettle bells or anything.

Very nice hotel. Really liked our room. Friendly helpful staff. Convenient for beach and town. We were one week before the season proper began (they were busy setting up loungers on the beach). Probably about 50% occupancy. I sure it must get a lot busier and not sure how it would be then.

Only thing I didn't like was the over-firm bed. Needed a rolled towel to support my back.

Beautiful gardens , excellent pools. The proximity to beach was very close, spacious, clean room with a super king size comfy bed. The waiting staff were great fun and welcoming. Highly Recommended

The only small downside was the late flight shower room was very small with no air conditioning

Room was very nice with comfy bed. Bathroom was a little small but functional and shower was great. Breakfast was OUTSTANDING with lots of options to choose from. Great pools to relax and 3 min walk to beach with restaurants nearby.

Good hotel, the perfect location, extremely friendly staff, but: 1. The breakfast was quite bad, no fresh fruit and vegetables, just one kind of cheese and coffee was not drinkable at all. 2. The bathroom was old fashioned and after taking a shower there was water all over the floor
