The pool was great. The breakfast was great. The location was within walking distance of all amenities. Allowing us to take our own drinks around the pool. Most staff were friendly and eager to help.

Entrance from car park is dire and no signage, also needs a lick of paint. Door lock didn't seem to work. Pool area needs a bit of work to make it fantastic, but easily achieved. The bar (could not tell it was a bar) everything needed repairs (woodwork). Young staff supposedly manning the bar, that was non existant no prices (even though they were extremely competitive), if you asked for a drink or ice it had to be brought from the main hotel! . Bar/pool staff could have been keeping the pool area swept and the sun beds clean rather than playing on their phones all the time. We did witness one staff member sweeping the un used table area but swept it so all the dust went into the pool and over residents. Overly personally attentive at times when quiet is required.

The property is on the main road within easy walking distance to the main piazza. We could easily park our cars within the gated premises at no extra charge. The room was suitably sized and very clean. The manager Ivan was super helpful and efficient

Even though we were there during off-peak season at the start of a strong wind storm and hotel facilities were down to a minimum with no buffet breakfast, Ivan was there in the morning to prepare a coffee for us as there were no coffee making facilities in the room.

Nice location close to the beach and many restaurants near by. The pool and spa facilities are amazing. Breakfast is good with many homemade sweet pastries and the staff is really nice, helpful and welcoming. Parking also inside and secure.

Only recommendation is to show where the reception is. I did enter from the back of the building after parked. I did not realise where the reception was as i entered to the lift which takes you to the rooms. The black door that leads to the reception was not labelled and at first we missed it. It is really minor as it makes sense to go there but a sign of reception will help and visually improve the quality.

Everything went smoothly, the staff were very helpful and responsive. The hotel is very clean and modern, we had no problems. Breakfast is good, being British we would have liked an English breakfast, but bacon and eggs were provided. The best beach is a short walk from the hotel.

We requested a taxi to the centre of the town as it was raining but turned it down when the price was quoted as 15 Euros for just over 1 km which we thought was too high. When we booked it we were asked which taxi company to use. A relationship with a local company that charges reasonable prices may have helped. Everything else about the hotel was excellent.

The hotel was in a good location, across the road from the beach and a short walk to bars and restaurants. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. The staff were all extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for you.

The outside bar area needs to be refurbished as it was tired and not used by any of the guests.

The property is located just towards the end of the Lungomare and is very close to the beach and within walking distance to the centre of the core area where shops, bars and cafe’s are situated. The private parking area within the hotel grounds is a plus. We were greeted by the friendly owner and shown to our rooms. Our rooms were large, clean and comfortable.

Wonderful staff! Pleasant and helpful. Very clean and comfortable rooms with the sounds of the sea at night on the balcony. Delicious breakfast! Lovely garden setting. No car worries with gated on-site parking. Walk to the beach. Across the street from a great restaurant. Great base for exploring the region.

Very kind Staff. Felt really welcome. Room was big and had å nice balkony. Aircondition worked perfect. Quiet location. Nice pool area in a beatuful garden. Good breakfast.

From outside the hotel do not look fancy, but when you get into your room you will see the quality. Missing an excercise room. Avoid to eat at the restaurant close to the petrol station 100m from the hotel.

Nice quiet location on the beach with a 10 minute walk to the centre .Staff were friendly and helpful, reasonable breakfast . Would come back and stay here again. Has all the required tools to make the stay enjoyable (Pool car park etc)

Good and oppulent breakfast with homemade products, very tasty! Excellent recommendation for restaurant Lo Zefiro at 200m.
