Its location is superlative and the room looking out out over the Mediterranean... fantastic. The hotel has a very nice bar and restaurant, and the surrounding neighborhood has addition cafés / restaurants with great ambiance. A place one can relax and re-energize... in addition of being a romantic getaway.

The bath tub/shower was horrible design and dysfunctional. Very difficult to get in and out of due to its nearly 7 inch lip, smooth surface tub, and hight off the floor. It may 'look' good in a magazine, but you be better off replacing it with a nice walk-in shower, at floor level.

The hotel is situated in a small village, so you need a car to reach it. The hotel is a very beautiful building directly next to the sea. The sand beach is several meters away. The room was spacy and clean, we had a direct view to the sea. The breakfast on the terrace outside just in front of the sea was very nice. The restaurant of the hotel offered a high quality food. There are also several other good restaurants in walking distance.

There was a group of adolescents gathering every night in the vicinity of the hotel, making noise till the early hours.

Zafran hotel is a great facility in Donnalucata. We love the hotel, the amenities and the staff was exceptional. They are very friendly and capable to solve any problem you have doing your staying. We were given 2 beautiful and spacious rooms, the location is great, water front, private parking (gated) and we loved the mosaic work on the floor. Breakfast was really good and well. If we come in this area again we won't miss to reserve a room with them again.

Everything in the Hotel is top notch! You are even provided with Beach Towels. There is a small pool but with comfortable seating. The only hiccup there were the flies for which the structure has no fault. The restaurant of the hotel is spectacular. Even though the menu is not varied it is actually very very good.

The lift is very very slow.

Location overlooking Jammola beach and on beach promenade with several good restaurants around. Very attentive staff and Donnalucata has a great community.

Would be nice if this region had something like Uber- but maybe not having such services is what helps the place keep quaint.

Internet was crap!! Had to use hotspot! Balcony was non existent! 2 € for water in the room! €5 extra for an omelette at breakfast!!!!!! But in all, despite the greed! A good hotel.

Staff, room, breakfast all were really good. Especially the location was fantastic, near the beach and close to everything whatever you need

Only the thing we didnt like is there is no view from balcony which has a small window. Maybe because of the room we chose and the swimming pool isnt like regular pool

incredible view from balcoon. Spacy. Pretending to be boutique, in some way it is, though in the same time a little spartan, anyway quite nice.

air conditioning is not working. Staff adivce "just open the window, hehehe" to got the hot water in shower, you have to wait 5-7 minutes wasting tens of liters waiting till it will get warm

The hotel is right on the waterfront with a sandy beach close by. Check with the hotel about parking, which is available but ought to be booked. There is a beautiful terrace for breakfast, drinks and dinner and catering is excellent. It also has a central location and is easy to find.

Staff were fantastic, location on the sea front. We were looking for a quiet week and the town and Hotel provided what we were looking for.

Impractical shower, no coffee/tea making facility in the room.
