From the moment we arrived the staff were excellent - very helpful and pleasant. This included all reception staff and the two girls who managed breakfast, and after the first morning brought us our choice of coffee as soon as we arrived. The room was an excellent size - lots of wardrobe and drawer space for storage, and the ensuite was also large. The balcony on the side of the hotel still had an excellent sea view. The location couldn't be better - step out the front door right into the very centre of the town, with it's restaurants, coffee shops and bars. The beach is directly across from the hotel. Excellent hotel in fantastic location.

Nothing - all excellent

This hotel is right on the beach, the building itself seems to be well maintained as well as modern and clean. The staff was way and above, very nice, very helpful and shared good knowledge about the localities around the hotel. They even arranged 5-star transportation to and from the Catania Airport.

The hotel is right at the center, since we visited in December it was very quiet. We paid for a room with a sea view, we had a side sea view but still good. The staff working there is super lovely and helpful about everything. The breakfast was amazing.

We stayed three in a room the extra bed hurt my dad's back a bit, but the other day I slept in this bed, and was all good for me.

The only thing was that there was a disco that happened outside a couple of times that was a bit noisy.

This is a well run and very friendly hotel. It is right beside the beach. I’d really recommend getting a room with a direct sea view. They have access to a large shared private balcony which is not occupied much. The balcony is one level above the street and give you a great view of everything. The staff are really nice, from the manager, the receptionist, the breakfast room staff, the cleaners, all of them. There is a very nice pool in this hotel also, I regret not using it. Instead we were travelling around during the day, using our sea view balcony or swimming in the sea.

Room and bed were very comfortable. Pillows were a bit hard.

They assigned me a triple bedroom for having a more comfortable stay, it was a very cold night and the reserved single room could be a little bit uncomfortable: The breakfast was very good and with a lot of choices.

Nothing in particular, just thinking about putting the Schuco adapters in the rooms, the laptops transformers, unfortunately, uses this kind of plug.
