Outstanding breakfast. Very kind owner (the lady). Outstanding view on the nature, perfect location if you want to be outside of city turmoil and noice. We arrived late and the kids used the swimming pool for an hour and we weren't charged for it.

The music by the swimming pool and terrazza is way too loud. It doesn't match with the environment and the quiet one might be looking for in the countryside. I thought I was at a touristic organized beach. At breakfast same thing, but upon request the turned it off.

This place is a little piece of heaven on earth. The location is stunning with fantastic views and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Nice size pool with cristal clear water just at the right temperature to go for a swim and cool down in hot day. The room was spotless clean with a very comfortable bed. There are plenty of cosy areas to sit and relax, and take in the stunning views. Food there is to die for. Absolutely amazing! Mary's mum makes better food than any restaurant could offer you! Best vegetables we have ever eaten! But the best part is the owners! Friendly and helpful, always with a smile for you. They made us feel welcome and as friends who have come for a visit. Would give more stars if i could. Thank you so much, Mary and family! You are the best! Tutto era perfetto!

So beautiful and homely. The hosts were beautiful, kind people and it felt more like we were going to visit family rather than staying at a b&b. Food was fabulous and they catered for special requests at breakfast which was nice.

The pool came at an extra cost which was only disclosed the day before arrival.

It was a wonderful place to spend vacation! Mary and Davide made us like being at home. The food was soooooo delicious and everything fresh and organic. The room itself was simple but there is enough space in the house/garden to be comfortable. Everything was clean. The pool has an amazing view. We had a wonderful time!

Everything was ok. We had a nice dinner prepared for us and breakfast was also good. Just a tip…it is typical Italian breakfast. Sweet!

The best hotel and food We have ever experienced Italy !

Our hosts, Mary and Davide were lovely, accommodating and genuine people. There were nice views of the countryside from the pool area and we enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant for dinner. When one of our children broke some glass in the room Mary was amazing and cleaned the mess without fuss, telling us not to worry.

I wouldn’t say there was something we didn’t like, more something to be aware of for families. The room was quite small for a family of four and it would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room. Make sure you pay careful attention to the hosts directions as the property can be difficult to find.
