Exceptional Experience! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. This hotel exceeded all my expectations and provided a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. Accommodation: The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The modern amenities, including a large flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked minibar, added to the overall comfort. The view from the room was breathtaking. Service: The staff at Hotel truly made my stay memorable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive housekeeping and concierge services, everyone went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Special thanks to the front desk team and owner for their helpful recommendations and quick responses to any inquiries I had. Dining: The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious choices, from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes and made-to-order omelets. I also dined at the hotel's fine dining restaurant, and the cuisine was exquisite, with a diverse menu that catered to all tastes. The service in the restaurant was impeccable, and the ambiance was perfect. Facilities: TheHotel boasts top-notch facilities, including a well-equipped fitness center, a serene spa, and a stunning rooftop pool. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the pool, where I could unwind while enjoying the spectacular views. The spa treatments were rejuvenating, and the therapists were professional and skilled. Location: The hotel's location is ideal, situated in the heart of the city with easy access to major attractions, shopping districts, and public transportation. A tastefully decorated modern hotel spa facililty with large comfortable rooms. Imho one of the best thermal springs in the world and I have been to the blue lagoon in Iceland, various in Japan and others. The main pool is warm or you can go to the pool below the fountain for super hot! The silica mud is great for a diy mud pak. There is also a local feel from the friendly clientele. Our room was clean and with an up to date look and facilities.

Nothing to dislike

The staff was friendly, extremely courteous and made us feel welcome every day. They went out if their way to ensure our needs were met. The pool was wonderful, the lunch service offered great variety at great prices. The hotel was extremely well kept and the cleanliness was exceptional.

Clearly defined guest and staff parking. The cleaning staff would knock on our door to inquire about whether we needed service and/or what time we would leave for the day so they could clean despite the "do not disturb" signs on our two rooms.

Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was nice.

sulfur smell is a little overwhelming when you first arrive but you get use to it after a a while. We stayed in the annex facing the road therefore we really did not smell it in our room. Staff was pleasant but dining room staff seem more interested in getting you finished and out in the morning. Don't go late as they don't seem to refill and little to eat at the end.

We were allocated a disabled room which I personally don’t like - shower flooded into bedroom No plug sockets to charge phone Menu was limited for dinner

I loved the staff, breakfast and the thermal baths!

The robes had stains. Also, didn’t enjoy covering myself with just a sheet and not a duvet.

Air conditioner in the newer wing where we were staying was not working - it was very hot and difficult to sleep. Staff did their best, gave us fans and were trying to rectify the issue. Outside of this, great stay and recommend this hotel.

Pool was very nice and operational until midnight, breakfast was good, staff was friendly and professional.

4 star hotel shouldn't be missing a toilet seat in bathroom

The Thermae pool and the reception staff are the plus point of this place

Could be more clean and improve the poor maintenance, not enough staff for the Spa center. Check out is too early if you want to book any treatment and the should provide more items for the Thermae pool. The hot breakfast was incomplete with no eggs and alternative food, generally speaking was ok. It is an ok place for a short stay

Amazing thermal pool complex.

Not the hotel’s fault but we’d assumed the hotel pool was ordinary temperature not thermal. Made it difficult with teenagers in very hot weather.
