A wonderful setting in the pine woods, very pleasant for walking to the beach (of course, continuous free transfers to the beach are provided). The beach is very well organized, some rocks in the see and a very pleasant breeze all the time. A very nice and maintained full size pool. Rooms very clean, staff extremely kind.

Maybe food serving can be better organized, you dont get to take the food yourself, you wait to be served. But this does not mean long waiting time…

Great staff, excellent food, big pool, nice beach with sunbeds and there is beach bar. Parking is big. We were there at the beginning of June, it wasn't crowded.

The hygiene in the beach toilet is poor, there is no soap, which is unacceptable. The hygiene in the rooms is good, but to change the bed linen after a few days we had to tell the reception to replace it for us. Overall, 95% of things were good at the hotel and it will get a high rating from me.

Very nice ressort, very helpful and friendly staff, very well organized, great breakfast and lunch/dinner buffets very good with enough different choices to please any taste, and not repetitive. Altogether a very pleasant stay. Cannot name all staff but special recognition for Joaquin, the ever-super-smiling bartender despite seemingly long workdays ;-) he says he loves the job, and it shows.

Not the hotel fault but be aware that the area is all ressorts with no real village nor small town in walking distance. We had a short stay so no issue but one can imagine it could get a bit boring for an extended stay unless one can drive around. Same if one has not booked half or full board, not sure how one could manage outside meals without driving around.

access to the beach with Trenino; beach very nice with very nice surrounding area to explore. very good breakfast; nice entertainment team. good customer support from relationship manager; good wifi signal; very nice, deep pool.

too many rules with poor explanation.. on the beach you can use first too row just with special bracelet color(its written in hotel map from the room but nobody is informing on the beach); in the pool you cannot enter without swimming cap(but there is no information - we just find this when already in the pool) and they are selling this to you if you don't have with you. also, you cannot add this to the room; so, imagine that you are coming just with towel from the room and you cannot swim due to this..

Both breakfast and dinner were excellent especially the variety and options in the evening. Staff were very professional.

We didnt have wifi in our 2 rooms - 406 and 408.

Everybody was kind and always available. The food was excellent and quite varied over all the days we stayed. Nice and big pool. Definitely better than we thought.

The beach (connected with a train shuttle to the hotel) was not great (mostly rocky), but we knew that and we had planned already to go to other beaches nearby, which are quite beautiful (and with good facilities).

The breakfast is good and the personal very friendly!

Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Breakfast was served from 7:30–10:00; dinner from 19:30–21:30. They had a buffet with antipasti, primi, secondi, a grill station, and desserts.

The nearest beach was a 15min walk or 10min shuttle ride (every 30min) and it was partially rocky with cloudy water. One beach we visited near Gallipoli was nicer.

We loved everything , specially the cozy beach , not crossed and well equipped with everything .
