Amazing location and a beautifully maintained property; a renovated farm complex with long distance views, a lovely pool area and comfy places to sit. It was tranquil and we didn’t want to come home! The staff were pleasant and helpful and the evening meals were great; those and wines were reasonably priced. We would go again!

Breakfast was 8-10 am but most people ate early which meant a lot of breakfast items got depleted by as early as 8.45 am.. they weren’t replenished. This is our only criticism.

The location was perfect. The view of the sea and the fields of the olive trees plantation was superb from the beautiful pool and the eating terraces. There ara Cabanas for relaxation right on the terrace. The restaurant offers to options to have diner: fixed menu or la Carte. The food and service of all the personal was great; Denny and Prab attention to guests was excellent. Relaxation and comfort. The Masseria was a great experience!!!

The hotel was beautiful and the scenery with views over the countryside to the sea. The staff were exceptional. So friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was very good (continental). We were a group of many as a family member was getting married in the area. All our rooms were different but all very good. Comfy beds and great bathrooms. Loved the terrace where we ate breakfast.

I would give this hotel 10 out of 10 if the restaurant facilities were available all day/night. They do not offer lunch and only a very limited menu for dinner which has to be ordered by the afternoon. The hotel is out in the countryside so with a lack of food at the hotel you had to have a car and had to drive out for lunch and often dinner too. I think it would be an amazing destination hotel, perfect for relaxing, swimming, playing tennis and relaxing if you could eat there too.

The property was wonderful - great views to the olive trees and the sea. Very quiet (if you don't mind the sounds of nature; but since you're looking at a property in a countryside, you most likely don't). It was 32+ degrees Celsius (90F) when we visited at the end of June, thus the pool was a real blessing. Yes, there were some bugs in it, but then again - don't expect anything else from an open-air pool. Since we only booked a few days in advance, we got the smallest room, I believe, but it was by far not small - we had plenty space to walk around the bed even with two suitcases lying on the floor (we did not use the wardrobe since we only stayed for two nights). Upon arrival, we found ants on the bathroom window sill. Very polite ants, I must say, since they wee all gone when we got back from dinner and did not get back the next day! :D The sound insulation of the room leaves to be desired - you can hear when your neighbors are coming back and leaving (so you might want to pack in some earplugs), but that's if you really picky. The room was great. The restaurant - even better. The food (both breakfast and dinner) was tasty, the staff very friendly. Since we book for two nights, but due to our rental breakdown were only able to arrive the next day (and booked one extra night since we loved the place), they charged us only for two nights instead of three, which was hugely appreciated. We will definitely come back!

There is nothing not to like about this place!

The food is amazing. Everything we ate was superb, both breakfast and dinner and staff serving can provide information and good wine suggestions. The pool is a good size as are the sun beds around it. The scenery is spectacular and it is a very peaceful location after the busier locations of Puglia.

The roads leading up to it are difficult if you don;t know them so it might be hard going out at night. We were very happy to stay in and enjoy the food and views from the terrace.

The pool needs a bit of attention need cleaning a bit as well spent some time around it .Lunch need to be better in terms of variety quantity and value .Dinner is very good tough

Lovely place, with fabulous staff (thanks Denny!) and a great restaurant (the fixed menu is a great option). Out of the way, classy and secluded, but not an issue with a car. Otranto also great for sea swimming. Also incredible restaurant (Matisse) in Uggiana 15 mins away.

Nothing. Be careful on the local road to Uggiana (nearest supermarket and farmacia), it's very narrow with lots of potholes.

What a beautiful place, a warm friendly welcome and a stunning setting. The hotel is an oasis of calm and beauty. The room was lovely and the grounds and pool are so beautiful. The staff are a credit to the hotel, the two ladies on reception were so helpful and full of great tips for visiting other towns. Daniele who served us breakfast is a lovely man. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all superb. We will definitely be back.

We loved the excellent outside areas such as the pool, the staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was spacious and comfortable. Also the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was superb.

Nothing major at all, but the bedroom aircon wasn’t the most efficient and didn’t cool our room much.

Our room was not “up to scratch”! We booked a Comfort DBL room And we’re assigned room 20 and I was a little disappointed. No mosquito nets as in the photos. Our fly wire door was broken. Shower taps and temperature were tricky to navigate and water pressure just adequate. Our safe did not work and despite the manager/owner telling us he’d be back after attempting to fix it we never saw him again. I did approach him about the absence of the mosquito net. Not really interested! Also I would have preferred the walk in shower as ours was over a bath and it required careful navigation to step into the bath. He didn’t seem to care that it may have been difficult for me to negotiate. Overall we had a reasonable stay but I would not return
