Beautiful rooms, nice shower, comfortable bed and nice interior overall. The staff was so friendly - Specially Kelly in the reception. Love listening to the ocean and we liked that the hotel was small and it was not crowded with people. Easy parking, great location, Relaxing atmosphere. Great breakfast even for two vegans. It was LGBTQ+ friendly and we felt welcome 🙏🏼

Only negative thing was lack of vegan food in the restaurant. But that can be said about the whole area. The hotel coffee was awful haha !

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Arc En Ciel. The hotel was really beautifully situated, with great views and in a silent area. It had a lovely sun deck with access to the sea. All the staff were so welcoming and smiling. The breakfast was nice with some salty and several sweet options, fruits and yoghurt. The best was the breakfast terrace overlooking the sea and all of Diano Marina. We got to borrow the new arrived bikes which they unwrapped for us, I nice gesture!

The hotel is located beautifully slightly above the rocks. The direct access to the private "beach" (it is a platform on the rocks, but perfectly fine) is exquisite (with lifeguards). From the platform one easily accesses the crystal clear water of the Mediterranean. Also, using a canoe or SUP-board was free of charge. The hotel itself has an utmost friendly and attentive staff (huge plus). The rooms are comfortable enough and equipped with all necessities one may expect from a hotel in this price class. In order to keep up with travelers' expectations for this price class a soft renovation at some point is recommended though. The village "Diano Marino" is very sympathetic and only a 10-minute stroll away. Plenty of restaurants for all different tastes can be found there. Overall, a very friendly and welcoming hotel.

Private parking is truly troublesome. Although the hotel advertises with its own parking spots, only five spots are directly at the hotel. A separate parking-garage at a nearby hotel is a solution, but was fully occupied after I returned from on the day a trip to a nearby village. Nevertheless, parking on the open street was not challenging/dangerous (no scratches :)) In our room, which was close to the stairwell, every step of every person could be heard very well.

Quiet, clean hotel right by the sea with its own beach. Sufficient number of sunbeds and umbrellas, easy access to the beautifully clean sea with sandy bottom. Ideal room size, clean, air conditioned. Excellent breakfast with sea view and dinner option which is fine. Limited parking at the hotel but you can leave your car in the adjacent street without too much trouble. Useful is the free bike rental. Always smiling and helpful staff. There is a family atmosphere here. We were very satisfied here and would love to return, thank you for everything.

The first contact and welcome by the receptionist was very nice. During the entire stay, the receptionist was always smiling and caring. We left relaxed with a pleasant feeling.

Not very warm sea, which was related to the current local weather.

Very calm location with nice surrounding area. Excellent breakfast and nice restaurant for dinner, with panorama view. Close to the city centre and night life. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Problematic and limited parking, mostly on the streets which are close.

Fantastic hotel. For us being about 15/20 mins walk from town centre was perfect, set back down a side road avoiding noisy traffic and late night revellers! Right on the sea front, the photo of the terrace leading into the sea was a big reason we chose the hotel and we were not disappointed. The food is exceptional as are the staff. Great side of building balcony view of the sea and town.

Sadly we were a little underwhelmed at the size of the room, it was the one we booked so no complaints and we soon got used to it - the balcony and view helped! Along with the room size, sadly the size of the shower was also a let down. On site parking can be booked for E20 a day which we thought a bit expensive.

Interestingly situated by a rocky shore. Surprisingly good sea view from the side rooms. very nice and obliging staff. Breakfast/bar area directly above sea level.

Right on the seafront, magnificent sea-view from the room balcony and from restaurant. Very wellcoming and friendly personnel. Private beach and solarium terrace were also unique.
