The hotel is perfect for a restful holiday with little kids: a wonderful shallow sand beach is accessible directly from the hotel's terrace. Breakfasts were nice too, a lot of sweet options but not so many savoury ones. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, and the rooms were sparkling clean. Restaurant in the hotel is also quite pleasant. We will be happy to return!

The hotel's parking is very small, so we had to park the car on the street (for free). It was ok to find a parrking spot in the evenings, but not so easy in the first half of the day. We also found it a bit strange that it was necessary to pay extra 35 Euro/day for the beach access at the beachfront hotel, but the beach was lovely and very well-kept.

Amazing hotel, great location, sea view rooms are great, nice balconies. Sea itself in this region to me is one of the best in Italy. We took half board - restaurant was very nice, diverse menu every evening, good selection of vines, the Master of the restaurant and the whole crew were fantastic!

Nothing to do with the hotel itself, in Imperia dogs are not allowed at the beach at all, neither at private beaches (bagno), nor at the free beach - did not know about that, so every time someone was staying at the room with our dog

The staff were friendly, informative and efficient without exception. The hotel is well situated on the sea front near the town. The food is excellent in particular the breakfast.

If you arrive by car parking can be a problem and the lift is a bit antiquated.

Travelling through Europe on this trip, this stay stays with me forever! What a great staff! What a gentleman at the reception. He rushed to us when we needed something. And the breakfast? Fenomenal! The chef lady who made the omelet for us right away was a delight. And enjoying morning espresso with a sea view? Amazing.

Location next to the beach is fantastic. Very nice breakfast with eggs cooked to order. Didn't take dinner in the restaurant. Staff very pleasant. Beautiful terrace and bar.

No parking and difficult parking nearby in peak season. The beach club is expensive unless staying the whole day.

Very friendly, helpful and right on the sea. No busy road nearby and excellent value. The sound of the waves is a wonderful way you can be lulled to sleep

Lights are kept on the balcony at night. Wish they were turned off so I could admire the night sky.

We had a good time and enjoyed our stay. Specially thanks to Mr Carlo (wine expert) and the older gentleman who prepared the coffee before the breakfast started . Amazing view from the balcony- really nice . Overall no complaints!

The room is quite small

Wonderful breakfast and the staff were lovely! We also had dinner here and sat right next to the beach - beautiful surroundings and the room was pleasant too. We will be back !!
