smal hotel (ca 10 rooms) with very friendly staff. Casa spadoni is an institute in the area and known for the promotion of regional food (they have their own flower mill and serve only fhome-made pasta, that is being freshly made while we were enjoying an excellent breakfast, they have their own brewery, there own pig farm. the meat is served in the excellent restaurant). The Pool is big and open to the public, so dont expect an extremely calm and relaxing athmosphere in the pool area. For hotel-guest the entrance is free at all times and the staff reserves umbrellas and chairs for the hotel guests. The entrance fee for non-hotel-residence is not cheap, so this makes it never too crowdy and there are hardly any families and children in and around the pool. The restaurant is excellent, serves a variaty of regional specialties, fresh pasta, excellent grilled meat, a wide variaty of wines,.... the staff is extremey friendly and helpfull. we stayed here for 5 days and had diner in casa spadoni every night.

a bit surprised upon arrival as the complex turned out to be a lot bigger than we could read from booking and from the own website. the complex is located close to the motorway, on a busy road and in a commercial/industrial surrounding. However once inside the garden.... it was nice, quiet and green. so the first surprise actually turned into a convenience as you have quick access to motroways to visit Bologan, Ravenna, San Marino, ....

I loved the location. The room was extremely comfortable and clean, and it had everything I needed. Breakfast was perfect. I decided to stay for lunch too, since the structure provides a restaurant and a shop with local products. The food was very good.

We had to pay for pool entrance (€17.-/person) which was not informed during booking. Would have like more chairs/tables in the garden

The tasteful classical decor and the beautiful environment. The friendliness of all the staff, even though some had little English which matched my lack of Italian perfectly!!

The bathroomn would have been better if there was a short shelf or similar!

Location was out of main town, but the wildlife from the balcony was lovely. It was quiet (off peak). Breakfast lovely & people nice

I missed having a desk in my room to work at while traveling for work.

We arrived late due to traffic difficulties but the staff on duty were very helpful and hit us settled very quickly. The restaurant was lively and had a great choice of food - although mostly meat based. Lots of local pasta and wines. Room was spacious and comfortable with a number of nice touches. Will definitely return.
