Yanita was fantastic. Originally, from Cuba, she spoke Italian and Spanish and a little English. So friendly and warm hearted. The espresso machine was on 24/7. Many yummy choices for breakfast. Lovely pool open 24 hours. Conad grocery store 5 min walk. On a very quiet side street. We loved it so much we stayed 2 extra nights.

Restaurants in Brisighella opened for dinner at 7 or 8 pm. And there are absolutely no parking spots available. Packed full. Remember that it is a medieval village with a castle on top. You can walk from the train station where there is parking. It is uphill to the restaurants.

Our room was large, modern and clean. Pool area is nice and has deck chairs to relax in. Breakfast was nice. Location was good and we could park there as well. The staff member we met was helpful and very friendly. She recommended a restaurant in the town which was well worth going to as the food was very good and great menu - we would definitely recommend eating there. I would recommend this property as a good place to stay.

Hotel rooms was really modern, but made in old style. Large rooms with gracious space and all needed facilities. Well functioning air condition. Nice balcony with room enough for 5 people. Really clean rooms and very high cleaning standard. Clean pool and pool area with large number of relaxation beds. Extremely high service level from the Hotel Manager Yurita - she is extremely service minded and supportive for any questions or guidance needed. Morning breakfast really good with lots of different foods and drinks. Hotel size - not over crowded as there is only approx 14 rooms in total.

Little noise from the main road in the evening, but still able to sleep without any disturbance.

Location just outside the town and just a short walk. staff very friendly and helpful . The room was just a nice size, bed was comfortable ( and two pillows ) Aircon worked well. Room was clean and everything but a kettle which was retified on request. Definitely stay here again.

Only two issues 1. Pool not open ( I knew before we came but thought they might open it as the weather was hot ) 2. Breakfast was great but unfortunately not for vegans , very little choice.

The place has been designed with care. Our room was beautiful, spacious and very tastefully done. The management went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable - a real treat!

Given the hotel's layout, one can partly hear the action going on around the pool. There were some party-guests that made a lot of noise - nothing to complain about from the property's side, just useful to know potentially.

Location, swimming pool, friendly staff, nice bedroom, breakfast was quite alright. Restaurant recommended (and also owned) by the hotel owner in downtown Brisighella was delicious (reservation is highly recommended)

I would recommend installing mosquito screens on windows (e.g., in the bathroom)

This small hotel was a delightful place to stay. The staff were very welcoming, the breakfast was great and we had the perfect relaxing stay that we were looking for. We also ate out at the restaurant connected to the hotel, Trattoria La Casetta which was very good too.

Great location, short walk into Brisighella. Modern, well equipped rooms, good breakfast. Great to have a pool with plenty of sun umbrellas and happy to provide pool towels. Very friendly and smiley lady who runs the operation. Plenty of parking.

The lady who runs the hotel is obviously a very busy lady, and although she was always smiling and helpful, she wasn't always available. Unfortunately, we don't speak Italian, so communication was limited. The pool was very busy, so it was difficult to get a sun lounger later in the day.

Lovely property, although I never found time to use the pool. They also run a restaurant in town, which is excellent! I ate there both nights!

The walk to/from the center of town is on the main roadway. The walk is pleasant, although since I was traveling alone, I tried to make sure I made my walk back from dinner before sunset.
