The Villa is beautiful and so does the grounds. The room was very nice, and the balcony was beautiful. Communication with the hotel was excellent and all questions were answered on time. Checking in and out was easy. Breakfast buffet was good and fresh (except for service which I will write below).

The shower door itself didn't close well and water came out every time, the soap dispenser was located so high (I am 5'4, short but not that short) and it was uncomfortable). At the breakfast, the guy running the room wasn't the best. The first coffee came fine but asking for the second and you will get it cold. He did not informed us we can order eggs so first we though the buffet is all we can have. Service at breakfast didn't feel welcoming.

Large resort with big pool, shaded seating areas and two restaurants. Friendly reception staff. Good location close to Faenza and Ravenna. Food in the Fennicottera Rosa Gourmet was remarkable for the food that wasn't on the menu rather than was ie the amuses bouche and after dinner treats. The crepe Suzette cooked at the table was special too.

Rooms were rather dated. Bathroom definitely needed upgrading and shower grouting needed a good clean. We were also woken at 1am by I think a wedding party. The restaurant was extremely formal and the courses were ok but not Michelin star - the extras made the meal complete.

We were initially unhappy to find that they had not kept a twin room for us when we had written previously stating this was a requirement. The staff were amazing though and went out of their way to find a room that they could change from a double into two singles. Amazingly efficient and friendly. The villa is set in beautifuI gardens, which I enjoyed, whilst my husband headed for the spa. The restaurant is in the midst of the beautiful gardens, and I had read that it served Italian cuisine. Alas, and I have fallen foul of this before, it was a fish restaurant. My husband was in heaven but I really don't like fish. The extremely friendly and efficient staff said it was no problem and they would discuss with the chef what they could cook for me. Couldn't really ask for more. My husband was in heaven with his fish and I had an amazing cauliflower foam starter, followed by a pasta, and then chicken snitzel. They couldn't have been more helpful and friendly.

The property is absolutely magnificent. It has all the necessary equipment, comfort and customer service you need. Shoutout to the personnel who is constantly at disposal and arranging. The restaurants both highly deserve to be tested and the breakfast is fabulous.

without a car it is not the easiest to get into faenza, you can walk however once out of the hotel you have to walk on roads for a short while

Beautiful villa with duplex room. Nice greenery and open field around it with flamingos on site. Amazing widow view!

Far from town center, no food during the day. Breakfast was good but limited selection. There room was very warm with the heater. I switched it off but still warm so I had to open the window which was cold outside and with risk of insects.

Excellent location, close enough to the railway station. Very quiet area with pleasant walks tight nearby. Both restaurants on the property are excellent and well worth a visit.

On the morning of my second day there I informed the front desk that I did not want any housekeeping services. Upon my return from exercise, obviously, housekeeping had entered anyway and replaced all the towels and neatened up the room. Waste of time and effort, and a bit of an invasion of privacy ...

The property was very relaxing, we were greeted by the person at the reception very warmly and shown to our nice room with excellent shower! The fish restaurant was excellent and all of the waiting staff were very polite and attentive, we received a wine which the sommelier suggested was bad/corked and so he immediately set about suggesting wines which would be nice and similar from the local area. The breakfast in the morning was excellent and the man was again very welcoming and helpful. The spa was excellent and very relaxing and the music therapy pool was also great. Overall the whole place gave off a very relaxed and secluded vibe to it, and did not feel crowded at any time.

Wonderful on-site restaurants, a destination that we were already at! It was peaceful and scenic.

My only suggestion is that they get someone to scrub the tile grout in the shower with bleach as there was black mold in mine.

The pool starts too late. It would be great just to swim before breakfast.
