We were there only for one night in 2 bedroom apartment and leaving early, for that it was ok. A church nearby, but not that loud, and bathroom with low ceilings, but it was nothing bad to me. Just to be more careful. But it was very good, concerning the owner, communication and other things. I wrote arrival at late time, but came earlier, and owner made it as no problem, and also for breakfast bought and made fresh things, which we agreed on in detail in the evening. Parking was also no problem. And recommended Osteria Camporosso also very good! So, for my type of trip everything was super.

The staying in the apartmant was pleasant. The apartmant was clean and well furnitured. The view from one room was on the meadow and we even saw some doe. It is near Maranella and Modena, two very beautiful cities. The host was really nice, hospitable and helpful. She shared link for good restaurants to visit and even called the museum to get some informations for us. Breakfasts were really good. She made us coffee and picked croissants for us every morning. We are satisfied with staying.

Very kind and friendly owner. It was a realy hot, sunny day, but the clean room had aircondition with nice temperature. Very nice breakfast. Parking space at the house behind a safe gate.

Sylvia was very friendly and hospitable. The rooms were very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Close to Ferrari Museum and Sylvia’s recommendation for dinner, Arragosta Seafood, was excellent.

Very friendly owner took good care of us. We have a lovely breakfast and had comfortable rooms on the top floor. The house is in a nice, quite area and not far from Ferrari Museum and the factory.

Silvia is sweet, correct, clear. Very good communication. Nothing is too much for her. The apartment was top!
