Nice hotel in a quiet location. The staff at the reception is helpful. Breakfast is plentiful, it was perfect for us, the waiters are extremely kind and helpful.

In the very first promotional image on Booking, the parking lot in front of the hotel's main building is full of red Ferrari cars, and there wasn't a single one like that during our stay there. I naively thought I would be looking at Ferrari vehicles there too. It's a deceptive and misleading image. The hotel has a few paintings depicting Ferrari cars - very beautiful and sophisticated by the way - but that's all there is to Ferrari here. We expected a place with a completely different atmosphere, which was a definite disappointment. The description gives the impression that this is some kind of sanctuary, but it's definitely not. Luckily, we had a direct view of the Ferrari factory from our room, at least that's what it felt like.

We ended up in a nice suite, good for families, easy parking in front of room, good breakfast. We had a good time in Maranello and the hotel was exactly what we needed. We had no issues mentioned in other reviews. We would reccomend the hotel for mext visits.

Our room was in depandance what was not indicated in the booking. Initial room was very dark and without advetised kitchenette. The safe in room was not working sonwe asked for room change. The staff was very supportive and we ended up in much lighter room. The kitchenette was basicaly there but not operational, so the only equipment we could use was a fridge. Not even dishes were available. For is this was not a problem but it should be advetised properly.

We were able to upgrade one of the room we’ve booked so that we could have a room next door. The hotel was facing Ferrari factory and near the museum. Reception staff were all nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and beds are really king size ones!

The cleaning staff wasn’t on point. My hand soap pump wasn’t working and the reception lady left a message to change the bottle the next morning but they just took back the working bottle so I had to ask again for a new bottle which was very annoying as I have to go to the main building to pick it up as the receptionist was alone at night. Also, the cleaning staff never provided us with indoor slippers. I have to leave a writing note in the room to have them!

So close to the action if you’re going to the Ferrari museum just a short 20 minute walk and I’d walk not drive because the parking is quite busy a quick drive up to Drake‘s restaurant I must and they have their own car park but the hotel is really comfortable that’s some cool. Everything works really good. It’s a shining example of exactly what a great hotel like this should be Lots of Ferraris and supercars owners come here that must be good quite value too. Not sure as I’d worry about the breakfast, but there you go.

Staff was amazing. Very accommodating of an over-excited child generally and also when we unexpectedly had to change rooms. Hotel is spacious, rooms clean, with a generally classy feel - esp when compared to some of the theme hotels nearby. While not much around the hotel in terms of amenities (apart from the Ferrari factory), the concierge was very helpful with drivable restaurant recommendations and making reservations. Driving in the area is super stress-free. The tour of the nearby Pagani factory is not-to-be-missed.

Maranello is quite, very quiet. Don't expect to be able to walk to shops or cafes or anything, but as a base to visit all that motorsport valley has to offer, Maranello Palace is perfect.

The hotel is located right across the Ferrari, we stayed in other building, not the main one so I can rate only this. It has kitchenette but as the rooms are rather small it is not too comfortable to use. But the hotel has really good breakfasts so not a big problem. The price- quality ratio is good so once we will be travelling there again we most likely will select the same location.

The best times of a bathroom are over and some refreshing would be a good idea.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and great breakfast with plenty vegetarian options! Good location, most restaurants and bars as well as the museums are within walking distance. We went as a family and booked a double room and one apartment. Both rooms were very nice and friendly with enough room to store your luggage. The sleeping sofa in the apartment was comfortable as well.

I wanted to pay the price at the property, which I did. However, right after booking the accomodations and a few days before our stay they charged my credit card with half the price of each room to check if I had sufficient funds. The money was refunded each time after about a week. The procedure is fine for me but I would have wanted some kind of communication from the hotel to inform me about this beforehand.

“Excellent location with easy access to main attractions. Hotel is right behind the Ferrari test track and you hear the engines. Very close to downtown Maranello and good restaurants around. We chose Ristorante Lo Smeraldo for the first day with few race car theme memorabilia. The staff was attentive and welcoming, making our stay smooth and pleasant. The rooms and common areas were very clean and well maintained. Overall, a great experience.”

As a Ferrari enthusiast, this stay was a dream come true. The complimentary parking right in front of the hotel, with a view of our car from our room, was a fantastic perk. Opting for the suite provided exceptional value for the price paid. The spacious room, featuring two TVs and even a fitness machine, exceeded our expectations. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the Ferrari Museum made it the perfect choice for us.

Maranello is truly a destination tailored for Ferrari enthusiasts! Beyond the allure of Ferrari-related activities, the town itself lacks vibrancy. There are few noteworthy dining options and limited recreational opportunities. It's definitely a place best visited for its Ferrari-centric offerings.

Staff is super friendly and accommodating. They are pet friendly Breakfast is good, what you should expect for a 4 stars hotel. If you arrive late though, there might be some missing food not being replaced (bread, croissant, juice etc). Gym equipment in the fitness suite is very good. Prices for extra food and water at the hotel or in the room are really affordable.

Terrace is always in the shadow, that's too bad! Bar is closed on saturday and sunday evening. The sofa bed in the suite (3 guests) was very bad and gave me a backache. This could be improved big time. Lightning in the suite 124 and 125 is not the best, it is quite dark when night falls inside the room.
