We booked this place for a stop over on our way back home. It's close to the Ferrari Museum. The hotel looks very stylish and seems very new. Breakfast was fantastic, there was so much choice, best buffet I've seen so far.

Room was a bit small, but everything fit. The walk-in shower kept flooding and it seemed like a design issue instead of something else. There's not much around, not even for a short walk.

The bathroom is not in a pretty good condition for a four star hotel. In my reservation i named 2 people but we got towels and some other stuff just for one person. What also i didnt like is that you cant get to shower before 7 am. We had to hurry and got up very early but i couldnt get shower because the water is just running too hot in the morning. After 7 when we came back from breakfast it was ok but we had to go.

The hotel staff is extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast was exceptional compared to other hotels I stayed in during the years I stayed in that region of Italy. There are plenty of EV charging stations. The Pizza I had at the Michelin star restaurant is one of the best I had in Italy.

The rooms might have been a bit more spacious. Do not expect a big room.

Facility in good state, pretty recent, nice modern style. Large onsite free parking. Comfortable bed, modern bathroom.

Cleanness of the room not at expected level for a 4 superior. Small room. Breakfast ok but not with variety you would expect (eg only white joghurt). At arrival air conditioning in the room set a 20 deg,, it was too cold. Hotel restaurants quite pricey.

Carlota at the the reception is very helpful. The design of the hotel is very nice and room very comfortable. Breakfast with many choices. Soy and almond milk available. Plenty of parking outside. Good restaurants in the hotel.

Nice boutique Hotel. Great room. Fantastic restaurant, the owner came by to greet every table... He's owned the hotel for 40 years! Good location for the museum circuit...

A rather new hotel albeit with awkward style/architecture. We stayed there on our way from Ancona to Calais. It is located around 16 kms from the highway and in the morning traffic was rather heavy. The restaurant on ground floor is excellent, not to be missed.

Hotel met my expectations and would say reasonable to good value for money. Only point to consider is the distance from highway, which is around 16 kms

Excellent property. Exceptional Michela at the reception. All the staff made wonderful special day of my wife!! Restaurant Exe staff were also amazing.

I loved the breakfast 2 x had the cornetto alla crema, it was super fresh and fantastic! :-) I liked the bar upstairs very cosy. All in all I was perferctly happy!
