We used the hotel as an overnight stop over during our travels, both on the way to our intended destination and on the way back so this is the second review. We were given the same room which was good attention to detail. When I initially reviewed the hotel I said that I didn't like the fact that there was no kettle. When we returned there was a kettle. I was impressed with the room, staff and facilities as it was. Adding the kettle made it perfect. Thoroughly recommend the hotel, the coffee shop and the restaurant.

The room was totally awesome. The Aircon was arctic. The bathroom was clean and exceptionally appointed. We had a family room with the kids downstairs while my wife and I got a mezzanine floor. Having a fridge in the room was also a major plus.The Pizza next door was sublime! Definitely will be staying again.

No kettle in the room.

I had a problem after leaving with an item I forgot in my room and the personal was extremely helpful and helped me solve my problem. I am extremely grateful!

The location is ok. The breakfast is in a Bar next to the Hotel, it is ok. If you are looking for a luxury hotel maybe it's not the right choice. If you want only a place where you can stop during a long trip on the highway, it is perfect.

We spent the night while we were visiting Modena. It's close to the city. Room was spacious, it had two floors. Room was clean and comfortable. Next to the hotel you can find mini shop with snacks and a bar. Great value for money.

It's nice and clean, close to the all needed facilities and the host is really helpful and kind.
