Good location on the outskirts of the city to get into the city as the hotel is close to the Linea 2 bus stop at il Patriarca Also good location if you want to get a taxi for Ferrari museum at Maranello. Could use buses but early start required and have to get from istituto which is a 25 min walk across a busy road or you can get the Linea 2 bus. You could also get the same bus to the bus station and get another bus to maranello from there (3 zone bus ticket required). Staff were very friendly/helpful and the breakfast selection is impressive. Was also able to store my baggage before check-in and after checkout

It was one of the most beautiful places i have ever stayed at! The location is a bit outside the city itself, but with a car that is not a problem. The staff was friendly and even called us when we forgot stuff at the hotel. It’s great for instagram pictures and just to chill outside. The rooms were clean and comfy. I would like to come back!

Honestly, there is nothing that we didn’t like. The only thing I would point out is that if you are sitting outside in the evening, please bring some mosquito protection. That is not on the hotel.

Gorgeous, well renovated, authentic hotel! We have booked a room for 3 people, but came as a family of 4. In advance I have asked the hotel staff if it was Ok for them our youngest kid could sleep with us in our double bed? They were positive and let us stay at the hotel. When we arrived, we were quite surprised that the hotel put in extra guest bed for our youngest child, without any charge! Thank you very much for that!

My room was enormous with plenty of windows and natural light, but with shutters to keep the sun out if needed. Comfortable bed, nice big bathroom and excellent air conditioning and wifi. The breakfast is the healthiest I have experienced in Italy, yet still a good variety. Outdoors offers several areas to relax in lovely garden settings.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, but be aware that the location is well out of the town so if you don’t have a car or don’t want to catch taxis, be prepared for a 15 minute walk to the bus stop then 20 minute bus ride to city centre and train station. On the other hand is an easy flat walk and is lovely to be out near fields, big trees and to hear birds singing.

Set in a very very quiet location just a few meters off a main road in a rural area. This hotel seems to have been recently renovated. It is very well kept. Very easy to reach by car. We found the location very good considering that it is only 20/30 mins away from Modena centre by car, It is alos around 15mins drive to Enzo Ferrari Museum, 20mins drive to Maranello (the other Ferrari Museum) and if you are keen on Lomborghinis, Lambo's factory ad museum are just 35mins drive away in the outskirts of Modena, in Bologna. Breakfast was delicious. Roberto and the receptionist (i don't recall his name) were very helpful and gave us some good names of restaurants where we could have a good pizza or traditional dishes. They also gave us some tips on what we would be expecting when visiting bologna. Room and bathroom were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Also amazing views of the country side. Parking is hassle free and you can park free of charge. I'm surprised that this accomodation is only rated as 3 star. With some further little adjustments this hotel can easily be upgraded to a 4-star hotel. I will definitely recommend it,

Nothing in particular. Everything was ok.

I really like this hotel .. even if it was a little bit far away from the city of Modena. The room was large and well situated. The setting is beautiful and very quiet. The staff was very friendly and we had some good conversations. The parking was super easy in front of the hotel ... even though a sign warned not to leave any valuables in your car. Luckily there were not break-ins the night we stayed there ... so, it might not really be a concern.

Not much to dislike here... a bit of an odd smell from cleaning liquids in the corridors but the room didn't have that.

Beautiful location near Modena. The room was spacious, comfortable and air conditioned. Nice breakfast in the morning. Easy parking. The staff was very friendly and even arranged a wonderful tour of an acetaia (a balsamic vinegar producer) on the fly.

Everything was very good. One minor detail was the scent chosen for the hallway was a bit strong, but that was by no means a deal breaker.

Everything. Everything was wonderful. The place is enchanting and the people are the nicest people. Honestly, for what we paid? I kept thinking this was a venue for a wedding or some type of party. It was gorgeous. The staff was incredibly nice, super helpful. The breakfast is small but very good and homey. They make you real coffee and real orange juice. It was unbelievable this was so cheap. Absolutely loved it. I strong recommend it. And I recommend the proprietary start marketing it as a small wedding/christning venue because it was lovely.
