Breakfast - excellent. Good bed. Staff wonderful

Bathtub! 28 inches to step up into. No hand rails, very slippery. But what was worse, the flow of water was not much more than a kitchen sink. Very substandard. My husband had to help me out for fear of falling.

The location was great, very close to train station and the city center. The room was clean, big and nice, with views to a little church. The treatment from the people at the reception was exceptionnal, specially from Igor the day upon our arrival who took his time to give us some informations about Modena and activities we could do shaped to our interests.

The room was extremely comfortable. Bedding was of a high standard. We only spent 1 night, and it was worth it. I can highly recommend staying at this hotel. The breakfast was amazing with so much to choose from, just what is needed to start a new day.

Clean and good Location. Good friendly helpful staff. I don’t usually take breakfast but was good value. We found it easy to find and visit centre and Enzo Ferrari museum + shuttle to Maranello. Also near train station to pop to Bologna Saturday evening.

Room and beds were very comfortable. Wifi was excellent. Good TV reception with a variety of channels. Good amenities, plugs for electronics, space for luggage, working safe. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was tasty and extensive.

Walkin shower flooded bathroom because of poor drainage. Management alerted. Checked out before they had a chance to work on it, but they indicated they would get right on it.

Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. All needed facilities are present and in perfect order. Very nice interior design.

No dining possible in the hotel. However that is completely compensated by a great restaurant next door.

The loo would not flush.. we complained and a handyman arrived , saw that it flushed when he was there and walked out!

Really liked this hotel. Loved the room, modern and comfortable. Staff very nice; we used the efficient valet parking service. Breakfast was good, although some of the American style hot food options looked a little sad, which is fine since I prefer to stick to the traditional Italian fare. Easy 5 minute walk into the historic centre.

The hotel was modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff members were so kind and helpful. The location was wonderful, a short walk to the center of town. Our room was modern and spacious. We were very happy with this hotel!
