It was a cozy room that provided what you needed for a couple nights. I’d recommend staying for a short period of time as it is small and more comfortable for this type of stay. Very warm for winter which was great!

There was no sunlight at all and the lights were very very dim. I think that’s the vibe of the place. Even at 10am in the morning it felt like it was still night time.

Beautiful little hotel, where we checked in at 11 PM after our Airbnb didn't work out (the AC was broken with 30 degrees Celsius inside the apartment, among other things) The staff was absolutely lovely, no problems whatsoever ( speak English, Italian, Spanish and Romanian). Our room was ready in the 20 min it took us to get there by foot with our luggage. Excellent recommendations for eating out, or going to the nearby Allbinelli. We went from a horrible start to a wonderful ending, so much so that we would choose to stay with them again. The staff even helped us out and we got to iron our clothes, finally! The rooms are spacious, if simple. For a few days there isn't any need of more, especially with the Albinelli market just 2 min away. The breakfast they serve, they bring their stuff fresh from the market everyday. The Ac works wonderfully, the beds are comfortable. 10 out of 10 for me, would stay again with hotel Cervetta, and a part why we liked Modena so much.

No mini fridge in the room in case you want to buy water or juice to have it, but it's such a small thing that it didn't bother us really

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect. The owner gave of directions for excellent food. Their warm hospitality and professionalism truly stood out. The hotel's location is ideal, offering easy access to key attractions. Additionally, the comfort of the rooms was perfect – they were spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed to provide a relaxing ambiance. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a perfect blend of excellent service, prime location, and comfort.

The location is great, and the interiors are cozy and well decorated Our room was very silent and spacious for a family of 3. I also appreciate how clean it was and the staff that was extremely kind and attentive

Great location in the middle of Modena old town. Very friendly staff and spacious room. Nice little decorations in the room. Very short walking distance to all old town attractions.

There is no elevator in the facility. Be aware you have to get your luggage up some stairs. My room (front facing) was a bit noisy with opened windows due to the bar / restaurant just below.

Very central location - minutes away from the Duomo. Lots of cafes around to get breakfast or lunch. The room was simple but clean and comfortable. Pretty hotel with very lovely staff. They helped us order the taxi a few times and helped converse with the driver when we wanted to go out of town. When we had trouble bringing our treasure-laden luggage downstairs, the lady from reception came immediately to help us - thank you so much!

The hotel and the room were clean. The staff was pleasant and helpful. In advance, I asked for a gluten free breakfast including bread and this was provided. The breakfast was overall good. Room was cleaned every day unless I requested it wasn't. Location is excellent near restaurants, cafes and bars. 15-20 minute from the railways station, entirely manageable. It was quiet, my window wasn't towards the street so no traffic noise (also the street is small so there isn't much traffic). Air condition kept the room at a very good temperature.

I stayed in a single room, the cheapest of the hotel. It was still relatively expensive and extremely basic. No decor and the window looked out at another window a metre away. For the price, I would have hoped for a little effort on the decor as it was somewhat depressing. But it was clean, that's the most important thing. I got a peak of the other rooms when they were being cleaned, the decor looked very nice.

I liked staying at this hotel as it was very quiet and peaceful, the stuff was very polite and helpful, they speak English, the room is small but clean. The hotel is located 2-5 minutes from the bars/restaurants/coffee places/pharmacy/ touristic streets, about 5-7 minutes to the stores like Zara, Mango, H&M and others, and about 15 minutes walk from the train station. I also walked all the way to Museum Enzo Ferrari, it took me around 20 minutes.

The only thing I did not like was that the room was dark during the daytime. I was not spending any time in the room during the day, but the windows are facing the wall of another building, so there is almost no light during the day. I had to switch the lights on. So, no view. And please mind that there are no big supermarkets around, only small shops.

The Hotel was very quirky, spotlessly clean. The staff were outstanding, giving us recommendations for restaurants and making our bookings for us, and the restaurants didn't dissapoint. The location was brilliant, right in the centre of town near the market which is a must visit for food and a drink. Great experience. If you like quirky boutique hotels then this is a must.
