Hotel is not situated in a city centre, but very easy and fast to reach by car. Room is large, bed is big and comfortable, bed linen and towels are clean. Spacious bathroom with a shower is very clean too. There are fridge, tv and safe box in the room. The hotel is very warm in autumn time. Breakfast was wonderful, big variety of food, buffet.

Small advice: to offer a kettle on request for foreigners who can’t live without tea :)

Situated in a pleasantly open spot with a large parking area. The receptionists, who spoke some English, were helpful and friendly. Our room more than adequate - it was very clean and with usual facilities of TV and 'fridge. The adjoining restaurant was closed for the evening (out of high-season?) but there were some restaurants in the surrounding area open if one wished to drive a short distance. However, the aforementioned restaurant was open for breakfast and it certainly offered a great range of food and refreshments. Would recommend this, particularly as included in the price.

The first impression, upon arrival was not impressive - seemed a bit soulless from the outside. The same could be said fer the decor in the Reception area. But that is not what matters when travelling great distances.

Everything, from arrival to departure. The room and bathroom were large, clean, comfortable and truly value for money. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Plenty of parking. The receptionist checked us in and gave dining recommendations, directions to a great bar. Well skilled person, knows how to cater for his guests. He is an asset to the hotel.

Nice quiet place, outside of town, in lots of greenery. Nice room, great shower, parking in front. Very friendly service. As I travel with 2 dogs, they gave me a ground floor room, highly appreciated. The breakfast was great. All in all, warmly recommended.

Everything! The in house restaurant wasn't open so the manager phoned a local restaurant , booked us a table and gave us directions . Couldn't have been more helpful. We enjoyed our "en route "one night stay so much that we rebooked for our return journey.

All good , but wished the restaurant on site had been open . GPS sat nav took us a very haphazard route to find the hotel which is a little out of the way but that is the gps's fault not the hotel.

I liked that the finding a parking spot was not a problem, we had a parking spot just in front of the hotel. They are also very flexible with check in time, and receptionist was very friendly and polite. Accommodation was okay, we had twin rooms with single beds which can be merged for sleeping. Bathroom was also good, you had everything you need, also a small fridge with water in it. Breakfast is 80% sweet, but honestly, everything was tasteful and all the staff was very kind and relaxed. Overall, good for sleepover.

It is a small town/vilagge so after 8pm you don't have any market opened. We found one pizzeria nearby so we go there for dinner because the restoran next to the hotel works until 9.30pm. Also, there should be more pillows on bed or just one thicker - currently you have one small thin pillow per person. Also, walls are thin so you hear other guests in the evening.

I liked it only breakfast was so simple. It is a 3 stars hoyel but I travel continously and a lot of 3 stars hotels have good breakfasts.

Our second time there with our dogs. Lower floors that lead straight outside so less hassle with the dogs. It’s just perfect. The breakfast is divine… the cappuccino the lovely lady makes is the best. Thank you 🤩

We liked both the city of Reggio Emilia and this hotel. Helpful staff, nice furniture and bathroom, fridge, classic Italian breakfast with delicious croissants and rolls.

Distance from the historic center (required car), but for us it was not a problem.

Nicholas always looks after us so well. He checks the time we will arrive and if we maybe late he organises food and drinks to be left in our room. This time we were early and we had dinner in the restaurant. Delicious is the only way to describe it. Great, pet friendly motel with awesome coffee at breakfast.

Nothing. It was all good. We have stayed many times before so we know what to expect and we like it. Great place to stay on our journey form Calais to Ancona.
