Excellent hotel with attentive staff, secure parking and great location. Whether you want to explore Reggio Emilia regione, centre or Parma and surrounds, this is a great location as just off hwy. Very close to the stadium. Facilities are great, very clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast options were varied and staff were very happy to help any way they could. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything. We stayed one night on our way through Italy. The location was excellent- easy to find and close to the autostrada and there was plenty of parking space. The lady on reception (Beatrice) was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was excellent - clean, spacious and comfortable with a good-sized bathroom. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. We'd definitely go back.

The room is big. The double bed very big and comfortable. There is a shower in the room. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel is on a high standard. The staff at the reception were extremely nice and helpful. They did their best to assist us in any issue. The location of the hotel is very convenient and in a walking distance to a shopping mall and there is another supermarket close by as well. We enjoyed our stay a lot!!!! And are looking forward to staying there again.

The room doesn't have a closet.

Great breakfast, several different options and everything was fresh. The staff at the front desk, Valentina, Nicole, Stage and Francesco went above and beyond, very friendly and knowledgeable. The staff in the breakfast section was on point, always willing to help and the cleaning lady in the second floor was extremely friendly and exceptional.

Hard to say, with a staff like that is very difficult to find something wrong

the staff was helpful. we were a group and wanted to have breakfast sooner, they adjusted the timing. they also were very prompt at attending our needs like, the plug was not working of the kettle and it was fixed the next day. the bed and pillows were amazing.

i wish it had some more accessible places at walking distance. i also hoped that the coffee in the room would have been included. the bathroom shower could improve.

A tidy little hotel near the highway. The room was very clean and very comfortable, the staff was super nice and breakfast was great, too. Parking inside the gates. A perfect place to stop if travelling.

When we arrived in the evening, there was no possibility to eat in the hotel (although there are restaurants nearby accessible on foot so it wasn't a huge problem).

I like their breakfast especially. Rooms are very clean, bathroom is clean and big. Steady supply of hot water, nice. Staff very nice and supportive.

Just a suggestion: It would be super helpful if you could leave a little note by the bread machine to show me how to use it

Nice hotel near the road. Very good for a short stay. Not too close to the centre. The breakfast was ok, breakfast serving time is good as you dont need to rush to ger the breakfast early in the morning.

Some vegetables at breakfast would be good. Now there are no vegetables during breakfast.

Location is great, short drive from the motorway. Staff were friendly and helpful especially Carlos. Room was a good size with free WiFi. Breakfast was included which was good.

Room got a little hot. Window had to be shut before the air conditioning would work however, it was difficult to fully shut.

It was clean and very good 👍 highly recommend
