Room was a little too warm at night as we couldn’t get the aircon to workBreakfast was not as expected Instructions were to collect what you wanted and eat in your room. This was not ideal as there was no table to eat from. selection of food was mainly a selection of prepacked processed food with no fresh food other than a yogurt so not ideal. we booked the room with the balcony but there was no furniture so we didn’t use it.

Lovely bathroom and beds were comfortable. The food set out was a nice touch since breakfast was included. Host was very helpful.

We didn’t really get to explore the area as it was a quick overnight stay but I don’t think it’s walking distance to center of town. We weren’t expecting to be in a shared space (the bedroom and bathroom were sep but the living area/kitchen was shared with 2 other units within apartment). Not really an issue for us as we were only there overnight.

The room was excellent, like a home! Luxury beds and bathroom, everything you might need is available, also things like showergel and shampoo. Kitchen was good, with diswasser/washingmachine/food/drinks/espressomachine/microwave/nice choice of breakfast to get you started on your day in Reggio Emilia. When entering the building I couldn’t find where to go to but via W’app the owner responded right away and voila. Read the messages on how to and you’ll do just fine. Very nice lady!

Backboard of the bed was massive dusty! (There was a mosquito and I killed it on the backboard and got struck by a lot of dust..) For people with astma this is not ok.

Beautiful room & facilities, excellent shower & bathroom, peaceful area, fantastic host communication. This is a self check-in/out B&B so no staff on site but Naomi is on WhatsApp when needed. Free parking is a short walk away. Our dog was welcome too! Easy walk into town.

On the 3rd floor. Although there is a small lift there are stairs to get to it both ends and we were not aware of this before booking. Not a problem overall however.

We really liked the location of the property, it was very easily walkable and accessible around Reggio Emilia. We also really liked how nice it was, we felt like it was decorated well and very pretty. The updates are appreciated.

As with everything in Italy, there are many stairs :) but we did eventually realize there was a lift to help with our luggage.

Perfect stay. The room is very cozy and big. Bathroom is dreamy!! It even has breakfast included. No reception needed and everything online, booked on the same day and great speed of answer.

I knew the building was under construction when we booked it, but it was still unsettling walking up to it, HOWEVER, we were pleasantly surprised once we got into the accommodations. It was very comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms are lovely - updated, modern and very comfortable. The rooms were also very quiet. The location was convenient too. It was nice to have access to the kitchen facilities as well.

There are 3 rooms and wasn't sure if someone was in the 3rd room or not. Hoped we weren't too loud getting early morning breakfast in shared space.

The location, near the city centre but just off the crowd; it's at walking distance from the main attractions.

The breakfast was not great, with just packaged foodstuff and not big choices.

Very clean and cozy, easy to reach. The host is very friendly, always answering messages if needed.
