We enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. There was everything we needed and private parking. It is "in the middle of nowhere" but this is what we wanted since in the morning we were doing a tour in parmigiano reggiano dairy. Instructions about a stay were clear. The breakfast was in Italian way (mainly sweet) but there were also savoury options. Sir at the reception was very kind and helpful.

Our bed was a little too soft for us but it's individual preference and it was ok for one night. Pillows though were very comfortable!

Breakfast option were very limited. I am not sure if there was anything else to chose from other than what was on the table . A lady was very nice but spoke no English, so I don't know of there was an option to prepare anything else than coffee that was prepared, because I was not made aware of it

It is a very clean, comfortable and secluded location. An electric vehicle charging station is available for an additional charge. Simple but good breakfast. It is located close to Parmigiano Reggiano farm and Parma City. Very clean and comfortable room. The hosts/managers were very helpful. They also send you very detailed check in instructions and helpful insights about the area.

Lovely spacious room with very comfortable bed. Beautiful quiet location just off the motorway. Very easy access with ample parking. The house is beautiful and dates back to the 1800. Lovely staff and a delicious breakfast. Great local restaurants only a short drive away. Very close to Parma with the benefit of being out of the business.

Relaxing and quiet property. Space for the kids to run around after a long drive. The room was comfortable. The AC will work great on a hot day! The breakfast was great. Convenient location. The hosts gave recommendations for restaurants which was extremely helpful!!!

Location, in the middle of nature, but at the same time not far from the motorway. Upon arrival there was fresh water in the room for our dog. Breakfast selection/buffet very nice. Locals also choose it, so no tourist trap.

Very kind owners, spacious rooms, clean room and bathroom. Very quiet place with open private parking on the side of the apartment. Easy self check in. Family friendly. Location is safe and close to go back to the highway and continue your trip. Andrea and family are very kind and assisting to reply any questions quickly even on whatsapp application. Thank you.

If you are vegan then the breakfast is not what you would expect. Fresh fruit options like a banana, pear, apple would be great if you dont eat dairy or meat. Possibly soya milk with the muesli/flakes. Of course you can have some jam with the biscotti, and a coffee/tea or the available juices in a jar. Our room had 2 water wall stains, one behind the entrance to the bath and the right wall BUT the bathroom is renovated and clean as stated above. Previous tenant seems that had the light bulb unscrewed on one of the light stands but was easy to figure and fix. Mattres in out room was soft spring mattress. I kindly suggest more firm mattress. My above comments are not complains but rather recommendations to the property as we noticed that they keep renovating and improving the property.

Excellent place to stay, The room was amazing with everything we needed. Comfy and cosy. The breakfast had everything we needed to set us up for our onward journey. Would stay again and recommend this amazing place to stay

Nice facility met my need as I was taking a tour in Parma the next day, so I spent the night. The breakfast was good had the typical European breakfast. The restaurant suggestions for dinner were very good as well.
