Very nice room and welcoming staff. It is an attic room with various single beds inside a family home. Very clean but an armchair or someplace to sit would make it more comfortable. Very good for the price if you are just looking for a place to sleep. About a n 18 minute drive to the centre of Parma.

As it is in a private home, it is a little strange to feel that someone is waiting up for you as you enter in the evening. Apart from that the stay was good and the hosts friendly.

Host had everything efficient and spotless. Breakfast bar stocked with choice.. ice cream shop just round corner was superb. Nice little town. Quiet neighbourhood. Everything like clockwork.

The holiday apartment is in a converted attic, which can only be reached via an outside elevator and then a narrow, steep staircase. The apartment itself deserves a good rating: clean, fairly new, well-kept condition, practically furnished, everything is available, even for a longer stay, everything works, quiet residential area.

However, this holiday apartment has a fire safety problem: only accessible by elevator, only knee-high windows and all are barred, all doors to other rooms are locked, no smoke detectors, no escape options, no escape and rescue plan. In the event of a fire, earthquake or power failure, you are trapped. In Germany, such a construction would not be eligible for approval.
