The property was easy to access and it was clean and welcoming my parents loved it soo much.

Me and my brother were sharing a twin room but as soon as we went to check the bathroom the shower was a little bit dirty and the back of the WC was leaking. The breakfast was okay but if u don’t done early everything would be finished and they don’t refill the food and they need to do that because it’s not fair not everyone can wake up early.

I really liked the Staff - the lady that checked us in was such a lovely and helpful person :) The rooms were really neat and clean. The hotel is really close to the train station so if you visit the city in business it might be really handy - it's great that you can leave your bags for free on the day of your departure and then retrieve them even 15 mins before your train.

The shady lads that gather near the train station and the buildings near the hotel might be disturbing. Especially at night. However, I could see Police patrols pretty often so I, personally, felt pretty safe.

The hotel is new and nicely furnished. The room was large and comfortable with anything you can need for a short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful

There was a sewage smell in the bathroom which was a little off-putting. Unfortunately the hotel is in the main square in front of the station and it is full of young guys dealing drugs and up to no good. You can reach the centre very quickly but it feels quite unsafe immediately out of the hotel

I booked this hotel because I needed it something close to the train station and this was a great choice. The room was looking very nice, spacious, clean, comfy bed, mini bar available, a large balcony with a view to the train station, house and street opposite. It was located on 5 or 6th floor, I don't remember exactly now, but lift is available. :) The price was good. Check in and check out was easy. A reception lady spoke English. I would definitely stay again.

The area didn't look so much safe, especially later in night. So, be careful out there.

This hotel is a surprise when you enter it. While it is located across from the train station and some groups hang which was a worry as we pulled up but it turned out to be no problem. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The hotel has been rennovated and has a modern decor and vibe with a bar available. Three Piazza's behind the hotel make for a good walk and contain shops and eating areas. Secure parking is available close and the hotel has a 10 euro a day deal with the company that owns it. A staff member is on reception 24/7.

Location at first and possibly reception could mention where the Piazza's, safe parking and eateries are in the at an early stage of arriving. In saying that there are maps on the front desk.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the place was very clean and comfortable. We had a lovely stay.

When we got there we were very concerened about the area, it wasn't so nice but the people didn't bother us at all. A few times we notice people selling what looked like weed outside. The breakfast dishes wasn't filled up often enough and we were restricted to what we could eat being halaal. It would be nice to have at least a kettle in the rooms to make your own tea and coffee.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It far exceeded my expectations. The lady at the check in counter was so friendly and the rest of the staff were attentive and courteous. The room was comfortable and clean and great value. Fantastic AC. Overall really enjoyed this property.

The location, while fantastic as is right next to the station, did give me a bit of unease walking around at night as a solo traveler with a lot of people milling about. Paid extra for a balcony which didn’t have any furniture or a view so didn’t use but at only a couple euros no big deal.

Had to make a last minute stay in Reggio Emilio late at night by myself and this place could not have been more perfect - a short walk across from the train station, lovely helpful staff, a huge comfortable bed and very clean large bathroom. Breakfast for only €5 was very good, exceptional value all round and would highly recommend.

Hotel was perfect would recommend as it has everything and a very good breakfast

The hotel is near the main station of Reggio Emilia.There are a lot of strange characters about especially at night, it's advisable to take a taxi if going into the center at night.

It's a very swish place so pretty good value considering. And it's close to the bus and trains which is good for a stop over night. It's also very secure.

The town "Reggio Emiliano" has some historical areas to take a look at, it can take an hour or two. Mostly there's an industrial feel to the outside of it and there can be some loitering around near to this hotel.
