The big garage in the Underground. The Lobby. The Sleeping room, very clean, fresh with a good working air-conditioning. A nice modern and big bathroom with a very good shower, bidet, the bed was comfortable also if a bit vintage. Flat TV with also English Channels. The Hotel is situated near a great Park with a lot of green / plants, near the old city with lots of very good restaurants, near the rail station. The Breakfast Buffet was more as enough for me. I can recommend it, the Hotel was accessible 24 Hours. I have feel me excellent!

Not free drinking Water in the Mini bar, l have miss it a little bit. In the Breakfast room, l have miss the Cold Milk for the Cornflakes. For the rest it was very good with enough place.

Very good location, very close to the center and a quiet place. The room was spacious enough for two people and the bathroom big with nice amenities. The staff were polite and helpful. Very good choice for our short stay!

The beds were a bit uncomfortable. Also overall the room could use a renovation. The carpet on the floor looked very old and worn.

The staff were all so pleasant and very helpful!!! From the breakfast to the cleaning staff and especially the front desk managers. Martina went out of her way to help us arrange transportation. Daniele the night manager was helpful upon an early morning arrival. The location is right in the downtown and close to everything. Had a nice view of the park below. Look forward to staying again!

Breakfast and wifi are very good. Location is super convenient. The staff is superior and the staff is the reason that I have come back over the prior 10 years.

In my opinion if you come from the USA be sure to ask for a room with a large shower because the normal shower might not meet your expectations. I'm 5'11 (1.8M) so I am not tall and the normal shower was not pleasant for me.

The room was a decent size and it was a good accommodation for a conference. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room had extra blanket and pillow inside.

The breakfast was the same everyday, the shower doors didn't open wide, not able to control air/heat, and the room is aging. There was a balcony, but no chair to sit outside.

Staff were friendly and could speak English. The food at the Hotel restaurant was good.

It would have been nice if there was cut fresh fruit at the breakfast buffet.

Perfect location for theatre concerts. Parking place included in the price. Very friendly staff.

A rather high price for a room with no breakfast included (though possible as extra pay). A rather small room.

Location. Room was spacious . Clean . Polite staff. We booked an wheelchair accessible room which was perfect for our needs . Fully accessible hotel. Recommended for wheelchair users.

Bathroom edges and corners, shower doors, need some more love

Good location. In middle of a lush green Park. An excellent fine dining restaurant.

Totally ineffective air conditioning. Out side temperature was 35 degrees hot & humid. And AC was just for name sake. It was an uncomfortable level.

Location is perfect besides a park and walking distance to shopping and dining. Parking free inside the gate. Well lit at night. The A/C is cold!

Breakfast not included in rate. Price higher than other nearby locations. If the small parking lot is full, have to pay for street or lot parking hopefully nearby.
