The staff was super friendly and helpful. They gave us a ticket to park for free on the streets around the hostel and they proposed to store our luggage on the day of check-out. The facility really surprised us: the room and the private toilet were perfectly clean, the hostel itself was very nice, there were many unexpected services, for example there is a guard available 24h to let you in at night or anything you need. We are very satisfied with our experience

The only aspect that we can criticise is the elevator: it was dirty and it smelled bad inside

The young receptionists were kind and very helpful. Especialy the girl with straight hear. I feel bad as I did not catch her name. The place was convenient being close to the train station and the city center.

The missing air conditionner, walking each time with the keys to the bathroom, the bed and the pillow were not confortable enough. Some noise from outside bothered me.

The rooms were very comfortable and large. Had a large locker which I could store my bags in. Bathrooms were pretty clean and nice. Each bathroom varies a bit in size but overall they are good. The kitchen is great, two large fridges, two cook tops and an oven make cooking very easy and enjoyable.

Being peak summer the lack of air conditioning or proper cooling was definitely missed. There were no freezers for guests to use as far as I was aware. Not really an issue but I like having a place to store ice cream.

The hostel was more than I expected!!! Fabulous staff - Francesco & Lisa were always so accommodating with my requests, helped me with my inquiries and very helpful with things I needed help with!!! They were always friendly and every time I greeted them, they always flashed me with their beautiful smiles!!! Likewise with the cleaning crew - rooms & kitchen - they were so nice, friendly, and always with a ready smiles! Perfect location; 5-minute walk to train station or center; 2-minute walk to grocery Ecu; yet far enough from the din of town; so quiet & peaceful!!! The two rooms I stayed in, both 3-bedroom female, were very spacious with large lockers; always cleaned daily, high ceiling & windows for fresh air, and love the single twin beds!!! Love the table & chairs in the room, too, with our own sockets & light per bed!!! I will come back and highly recommend it!!! I like when the place has small things such as shelf in the shower, so you can put your shower products, hooks in the shower area to hang towels, shelfs to support your products. The room also had one reading light, hangers in the cabinet, one fan for each person. The place is very quiet, Modena is quiet in general. I really enjoyed my stay. The receptionist was really nice explaining everything.

Nothing really to complain, maybe the lift was a bit weird, the buttons take some time to work.

In August the room was very warm. I found sleeping using a fan difficult. All the toilets are locked for each room, so if a roommate is taking a shower etc. you have to go downstairs and borrow a key for the toilet there. Would be better if they had at least one spare up stairs that everyone could use.

I will come back and indicate this place to friends. It is an hostel, so a simple structure, but it has all you need while travelling. And it is in the center of Modena: in 5 minutes you can walk everywhere. The interior of the building is to be seen: nice murals are everywhere. The staff is really welcoming.

This is my first time staying in hostel so it was a new experience for me. The room has a personal locker so I could put my stuff in there and know it is safe. They have a canteen at the reception which is open late. The Ostello is located conveniently between the train station and historic centre of Modena. The staff was very helping in offering me information for places to visit and places to eat.

I stayed two nights at the hostel. The location is very good. Just about 15' walk from the train station and similar to the city centre. Nice walk both. Hostel is also about 15' walk to the Modena Ferrari Museum. The room was bigger that I aexpected for three beds with a good locker size, provided with a key. There is also a big kitchen, cookware to prepare meals and also tables and chairs provided. There is also a patio to eat outdoors. Shared bathroom was clean in the morning but a bit messy the afternoon I arrived. I guess because other clients uses not about the lack of cleaning service.

The most annoying thing for me was the key locker's. You need to carry on the key every single time you want to go to the bathroom. This was a shared one just for our room, which is good in one way, but if someone is using the bathroom you need to wait. There aren't comun toilets with toilet free access on the floor. Also it was quite annoying that not any soap or tissues were in the bathroom. You have to take your own stuff any time you go. Yes, there is a free access toilet at the reception floor but you need to ask for the key. Basically, bathroom facilities could be improved.

I stayed at the hostel 3days\2 nights with my son (13 years old) so we could visit Ferrari museums and Modena I’m used to 4 stars hotel and it was the first time I stairs at an hostel I love it I chose it for the location: Les than 10 min walk from train st. museo Enzo Ferrari and the center We moved by electric scooter often and reach placed in 5 min time The hostel is well run with the receptionists incredibile kind (when we arrived I asked where was the baggage deposit as we wanted to go to the Modena Ferrari’s museum ASAP and the guy told me to just live them to him and would bring it to our room That’s what happened we came back from the Enzo Ferrari museum and found our baggage in our room Everything is inexpensive (croissants, water, etc) and they gave a discount as well we slept very well: mattress are comfortable It all super cleaned: I saw people mopping the corridor and cleaning rooms Our room and bathroom was clean daily and was spotless keep with the great job guys
