Host was very personable, communicative and was flexible with our changing check-in time and allowed a late checkout. Beautiful, modern apartment with a great location within the ZTL.

Nothing to not like, but only one note: bathroom doors are frosted glass, which obscures direct visibility but does allow visibility of silhouettes for those that have privacy issues.

Good comunication, easy check-in and very great with the free ZTL-pass and area close by. Nice area and all in all very great value for money. The room os nothing special but it was perfect for one night in the city

It was all pretty great - would have loved a mirror in the room and some dishwashing soap for the kitchen

Great place to stay if wanting to explore Modena on foot. Really close to everything you'd want to see, but in a quiet street. Go left at the front door to the cathedral area and all around it, go right to a wealth of cool restaurants and bars. Room is really nice and comfortable and quite spacious. Paola, who liaised with us about arrival, check-in etc. is super friendly and very helpful. Would certainly visit again.

Being English and thus contractually obliged to a cup of tea in the morning, we'd have appreciated a kettle in the room. Other than that, all great and I really am splitting hairs.

Located in the heart of old centre town, very clean apartment and crystal clear instructions from the property manager. Great amenities and well-equipped for a tiny house.

Great for a short stay— the windows face the internal court so absolutely no view from anything but walls. Tiny shower box, might not be suitable for bigger people.

Great location, near the old town centre but quiet. The studio had everything we needed. Also they were very flexible with check in/checkout times.

Shower drain was a bit clogged (as it was in all the hotels we stayed in Italy)

Good spot in a perfect location to explore Modena. For working it’s great too with a desk and fast wifi. For our work/play stay in the city it fit the bill.

No staff, which is fine as it’s a serviced apartment not a hotel or anything else.
