Staff member ELS... she was fantastic!!! checked us in speaking great English... then while we unpacked, she made us a list of 5 of her favourite restaurants and we went to 3 of them during our stay... (Al Grottino & Ci Voleua & Da Danilo) all were sensible money and great food.... just wish all hotels had her on the front desk as she truly made it easy and is a lovely lady!... Parking is outside on the street, but we were given a parking permit from the hotel which make it free.... we had driven down from the UK so car safety was extremely important, but we felt secure leaving it there... Great place to stop if you are visiting the Ferrari museums etc!

Breakfast was really very good but the same each day so we were ready for a change after 3 days.

Central location, which allowed us to visit everywhere we wanted by bus or walking. It was cleaned everyday and was large enough with decent bathroom.

We paid for breakfast, wasn't to our tastes so didn't bother with it apart from first morning..

This mid-size hotel is in a very good location on the edge of the historic center of town. Very friendly staff (speaking excellent English). The single rooms we booked were small, but adequate and clean. The breakfast is really good with an abundance of choices from the buffet. Highly recommended!

-a good breakfast- salty, sweet, scrambled eggs, fruits and yogurt; - Italiano who serves at breakfast room! -a couple of parking slots in the garden; - soundproofed walls but not the door; - slippers - location -safe box

- staff didn’t pay any attention on my request regarding a quite room; - no kettle in room but provided if you insist (first evening didn’t succeed but then another employee arrived and I received a kettle)

The location is very good. I liked the breakfast and the housekeeping, she really did her job very good

One lady from reception wasn’t in a very good mood, maybe she had a bad day but the other people from staff were very kind and helpfull. The walls i think are very thin so you can hear easally what is happening in other rooms next to your.

The furniture is old. The hotel generally looks outdated. Tiny shower. No cups in the room. Uncomfortable system of light switching.

We loved Vincent! He went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met and was instrumental in finding us tours. He was exceptional.!!!!!

Room was basic. It was clean but minimal. Bed was firm and comfortable.

No barstaff in the evening no tea or coffee making facilities in the room (there is a mini bar with cold drinks ) for a 4 star hotel this place was seriously understaffed (there was only 1 person on the premises at 9.30pm - the receptionist - and she had to look after reception and bar .

The room was basically a suite it was so big. There was a sofa area, terrace, bedroom and huge bathroom. The decor is a little outdated and the material on the bed peeling but aside from that it was great. I was travelling for work and found it so comfortable. During this work trip I am moving around a lot and wish more hotels were like this.

The room was clean, comfortable. The size is not big, but for one, it is ok. The breakfast is very tasty. Everything was good. It would be possible to add a kettle to the room.
