I stayed at La Corte dei Sogni during a business trip and was thoroughly impressed. The suite was spacious, impeccably clean, and had a fresh, welcoming scent that made settling in a pleasure. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, perfect after a long day of work. What really stood out was the staff: warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly, which added a personal touch to the stay. Breakfast was another highlight: plentiful, delicious, and clearly prepared with care. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers. I’ll definitely return if I’m back in Modena.

Nice breakfast, fresh coffee, bread rolls, savory and sweet . There is a pub ( beer, drinks and hamburgers) across the lane, so no driving if a light dinner is enough. Some Italian restaurants in short driving distance. Rustic room with old wooden beams. The B&B is on the outskirts of Modena so easy to find, no parking problems. Nice surrounding, fields, green .

The room was an attic , so up some stairs. If you are tall you may have a problem on one side of the bed. The windows were also small so if you like light and fresh air ( it was cold so not critical this time) it might seem dark.

A lovely classy property, probably an old farmhouse, very tastefully decorated and furnished. The beroom was more like a suite, extremely spacious and pleasant. The bathroom was vast! The staff were kind and very helpful. We loved the chickens, chicks, cockerel, and rabbits roaming the garden! The B&B is well out of town but there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance (albeit along a busy main road). We went to La Braca, where we had a fantastic experience. It's probably the best meat restaurant ever!

On the negative side, the very weak WiFi didn't reach the bedroom, which was a problem when trying to get in touch with wirk back home. Also, the shower head was completely clogged up with scale and wasn't simply adequate enough. We flagged up these issues to the staff. We are therefore hopeful these issues will be resolved

We loved everything. The hosts at the property, especially Nicole, was very supportive and attended to our needs and comfort professionally. The suite was very well designed, well equipped, of high quality and had separate entrance which we appreciated for privacy reasons. The breakfast had all that we needed including the local specialties from Emilia-Romagna (Parma salami, Parmesan cheese and of course the traditionally made balsamic vinegar). The location of the hotel is good as we could go to the Modena city centre with a 10-minute drive and the two Ferrari museums were close by. All in all, a good place to be. We will be back here.

The room was spacious (2 bedrooms), the breakfast was lovely. It was easy and safe to park our car and the location was really convinient for visiting Modena.

The free roaming rooster with its hens :) he started crowing around 4 AM, every 5 minutes. Relentlessly, under our windows, for hours. I am all for the free range farming, but maybe consider a slightly contained area for them during the early morning hours, away from the main hotel/ guesthouse windows? The whole consept is BED and breakfast, meaning a good night sleep is a crucial part of the experience.

The staff is very, very fiendly! They make you feel like visiting your family, but with very much respect for your privacy and your own space. So is very unique and wonderful feeling! The rooms are very clean and have a generous space. Is the second time we come here and we will definitely come back again! You have inside parking. And is also wonderful if you have the time to visit the family's aceito balsamico farm. All the people we meet here will have a special place in our harts!

The room was large, fresh and bright, with large windows and one of the largest bathrooms we have seen. Everything was very clean, and the room was well stocked. Nicole and Veronica were fantastic- we had the most interaction with Nicole as she greeted us at the accommodation. She was very welcoming and could not have been more helpful during our stay. Breakfast was fresh, and the dining room was also fresh and welcoming. The property also has very good onsite secure parking.

10/10, we loved this place, it is so peaceful and beautiful. The rooms were fantastic and large. The breakfast was the best we have had on our trip so far! The lovely host was fantastic and welcoming. Will recommend to anyone we know wanting to visit.

The location is abit far if you are only using public transport (bus 760 comes very close but only leaves every 30mins - 1 hour and the bus 1 come more frequently but with 15minute walk). We would recommend this place if you have a car as they have great parking facilities and it’s nice being slightly out of town. For sure worth it!

Such a great value for money. Clean, spacious rooms with high ceilings. Huge bathroom. Lovely setting. Very accomodating pleasant staff. Prepared a lovely take away breakfast when i said we ´d have to leave by 6.30am. So close to Francescana Casa Maria Luiga where we went for dinner. Just a 5 mn drive and so much more affordable :)

The breakfast was excellent with good selection of cheeses, cold meats, fruit, yoghurt and delicious cakes and breads. The room was very spacious with a huge bathroom, the property was nicely appointed. Location was great as we were booked for dinner into their restaurant Antica Moka which was just down the road - the meal was astonishingly good!

My only comment here would be that the bed was a little disappointing, it was a good bed but not the best compared to the rest of our journey - this is a minor niggle.
