Breakfast team makes a difference between Italians and Foreigners when asking for a cappuccino. For loc done with a real barista and for foreigners they tell you to use the machine and then they play with our intelligence telling us is the same… sure try to tell that to an Italian by giving them a cappuccino from the machine and you will see… that was the disappointment item of the place.

Restaurant: The dinner menu looked promising, but mostly offered a good variety of pasta, the main notable good selection. Unfortunately, the rest of the menu isn't particularly impressive. There were four of us and we shared the same feeling. While the dessert menu looked promising, the taste didn't live up to our expectations. Overall, the experience was 'just okay'

We always stop here on our way from Belgium to Italy and we've always had a great experience. The hotel (and motel) has beautiful, spacious, very comfortable rooms, including the bathrooms. The staff is very professional and helpful. This is a proper 4-star, offering also a fitness area and a spa. Value for money is great! The location is very convenient, close to the highway and with a gas station nearby. Parking available and dogs welcome. And a separate mention goes to the restaurant. It never disappoints with its genuine local cuisine, excellent wine and very professional staff. Sometimes, we even buy some tortellini at the bar. Products are excellent. Breakfast, served in the restaurant, is very nice, with a big selection of options and the coffee/cappuccino available from the bar.

Sometimes it can be a bit loud, a bit because of loud neighbours, a bit because of poor soundproofing. This time, I also remarked the shower head needed descaling--these little details could be managed better.

The hotel is located at the perfect location, some 15 minutes to Modena and 35 minutes to Bologna. Maranello is also a 15 minute drive. So you are able to visit all these cities in a short time. The hotel itself has great service, breakfast and dinner were also delicious, and the staff at the reception were very helpful. The bed was a king size and the mattresses were very comfortable.

Great location, excellent structure, kindness and competence of the staff

A part for the Tesla supercharger, there is another provider (with 1 socket only). Unfortunately it was impossible to bring the app configuration to the end (website with a page error in the help/configuration/actual unlocking of the power). The hotel is very clear in saying that these charging points are not under their control (italian law..), but it is quite limiting having chosen a non delivering partner.

We loved this place! Starting from the fact that you get to park your car right at the door to your apartment, how well the room was equipped, how quiet the place was, how enormous and comfortable the bed was, finishing with the friendly staff and tasty breakfasts. Good enough internet (I got it up to 45mbit/s). We also saw that the place has its own electric car chargers, which seems convenient if you drive an EV (we do not).

No information about items in the mini fridge not being included (2 cheap water bottles and a tiny juice can be considered complimentary). The scrambled eggs were usually quite dry. The place would definitely benefit of having a pool. As you might have noticed, these remarks are very minor - really hard to find any drawbacks of this stay!

We were traveling in an electric car, and since this hotel was located right next to a charging station, we decided to stop here for convenience. The comfort and cleanliness exceeded our expectations; dinner at the restaurant was delicious, even refined, and breakfast was a typical Italian one. We were very satisfied with the services overall.

Great restaurant and nice to have a spa, and a bar that was open on the weekend and holiday.

The jacuzzi water wasn't actually hot just slightly warm. It might be broken. It's right on the road, which would be nice to see in the photos of the place, they only show the back and the open fields, but in reality the front is basically a parking lot on the road.

The rooms and bed are nice and large. The bathroom and shower are also comfy to move in. Staff was effecient and friendly without being invasive and they always have a smile, are kind and positive. Decent breakfast.

The coffee at breakfast is not very good and there's always a line because only one person can make coffee at a time. Minor detail, but with such a big hotel and so many guests, maybe they can improve this.

The restaurant area was bigger than a previous stay we had. Very good selection of food for breakfast, mostly cold items. Very good coffee from the machine and good seating area. The rooms were spacious and so was the shower room. We were able to park directly outside the room and unload our luggage. Nice open views at the rear of the rooms although anew road is currently being built. No noise issues.
