I chose to stay here on our last evening in Bologna as we had an early flight back home. Check in was fine. Room is showing age, facilities acceptable. It had a fridge with a couple small bottles of free water. No kettle. Benefit of a free transfer running roughly every 15mins between 4:45am to 8am (there are other times later in the day and couple later in the evening). The transfer runs from the front of the hotel to the airport which takes a few minutes. We took the very first transfer of the day scheduled at 4:45am and it was late, didn't leave till 4:57am. We weren't rushing but one lady was a little more concerned and had to raise it with front desk who didn't have a number for the driver. The hotel did what I needed it for. It's 20 mins to the city by cab.

The hotel overall was ok. The location and airport shuttle both great.qlso the rooms were clean, warm, and big. What we didn't like: - we had a badroom with a king size bed (i also mentioned this ar reception) but there were 2 small matrices instead of a big one. This was very unconfortable because i slept with 2 small kids and i was in the midlle. There was a big space and hole in the middle. - the blankets were coverd with sheets, they were not inside the sheet, and closed. , and in the night this was supper anoing be ause the blanket would come out. - in the bathroom, the sink was geting flooded and dirt would come from the pipes

-Exceeded my expectations in terms of amenities and comfortable beds -Fairly clean, big plushy towels -early shuttle starting at 4:45 am. Less than five minute drive to airport. -Staff is accommodating to our request for a quiet room -Sound proof rooms

-Shuttle times from the airport not convenient, afternoon break after 13pm or something and then the service resumes after 21:15pm. -A brisk 20 minute walk from airport, but there's no pedestrian road, you have to walk next to a busy road. Will only advise to do this when it's not too hot, cold or dark. We were lucky with the weather conditions and the time so the walk to the hotel was actually not that bad. - incredibly slow check in process with a long queue, only one counter was open initially, come on people are tired and just want to get some rest ASAP. Check out was a breeze though.

I'd stay again

The alleged shuttle from Bolgna Airport to hotel never showed up. When I called hotel(not people who worked front desk) the lady was intolerant and rude. After 1.5 hrs waiting for shuttle and calling the hotel that kept telling me the shuttle would be there in 15 min. I finally hired a taxi yo travel the 2km spent 13 Euros and was dripping in sweat because it was so hot. Unpleasant beginning, however the front desk seemed to be unaware of how shuttle service works. I'd communicate with them prior to arrival to confirm.

Hotel is nicely laid out and the rooms are of a good size with a clean bathroom. Bathroom includes a bath and shower which is unusual for Europe. Bed was comfortable (although pillows not). Staff very friendly and welcoming. Free car park. Restaurant offers good food at a reasonable price.

Pillows are not comfortable. Although the hotel is listed as at the airport it is a car ride or shuttle ride away (it is not connected to the airport at all). Allow a 5min journey by car if you are returning a hire car before your flight. No tea or coffee facility in the room but drinks available from the bar next to reception

The room is very comfortable, quiet and well heated. The shuttle bus (dark grey), operated by a young woman, which took us from the airport.

There isn't electric kettle in the room. The shuttle bus (white one, with registration № GW 040 KB) was absent on 7.15 and 7.30 a.m. on 22.11.2024 direction the airport and when they came, they didn't help us (we are three ladies 70 years old) to load our siutcases in the trunk of the bus. When we asked them to do, the driver said unfriendly, that he is not paid for this. So, please include in the text for the shattle option, that this should be additionally paid. Thank you!

This was a great place to stay before departing Bologna. We had an early morning flight and arrived late the night before. The restaurant served a tasty dinner for a reasonable price with friendly service. We took the airport shuttle in the morning and grabbed a quick complementary breakfast beforehand, and there was a huge variety of fresh food to choose from. The shuttle was quick and convenient, and we got to the airport early with no issues whatsoever.

We truly had no complaints. We enjoyed our stay and the amenities were perfect for travelers like us. The price was fantastic for an extremely chic, clean, and comfortable room. It is about a 30 min drive from the city center, though, so we would definitely stay here before/after a flight, but would find a more convenient/central location for exploring the city.

The room was spotless, with a fridge and a comfortable bed that provided excellent comfort, making it easy to relax before a flight. The bathroom was well-designed, with all the amenities you'd expect from a hotel. The restaurant offered a great variety of dishes, and the food quality was impressive—definitely more than you'd expect at an airport hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay.

The shuttle service was a bit disappointing, as it only operated from 5 a.m. to 12 p.m. and then again from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m., which could be inconvenient for travelers with flights outside these hours like me. Despite this inconvenience, the overall experience, including the comfort, cleanliness, and dining, was outstanding, making it an excellent choice for an airport hotel stay. You have to pay 12-13 Euro to get to the airport from the hotel by Taxi if your flight was outside the shuttle hours.

The room was very much more attractive, large, and well-designed than I expected. The bathroom was big, new, and comfortable, including a bathtub with shower. Large openable windows were also a plus. I was attracted by free shuttle to the airport, although I would have wanted an earlier shuttle than the hotel’s earliest (4:45 a.m.). Restaurant was limited but adequate.

The region experienced a weather crisis (torrential rain and flooding of roads) while we were there, and the hotel had a power outage in the early evening. This was unnerving, but was resolved after an hour or so. The next morning (about 4:00 a.m.), customers wanting to reach the airport were panicking because taxis were in short supply due to the flooded roads, but the desk clerk did a good job of summoning enough taxis, and we benefitted from his efforts.

Great location, very close to the airport. Not even 10mins to the airport in a taxi, which costed us 12 euros. 24hour check-in was perfect considering our flight was delayed and we didn't get to the hotel until after 2AM. Staff was friendly. Room was large and comfortable. Shuttle to the airport in the morning was punctual. It was nice that the shuttle was free. You could be in Bologna city center about 25 mins if you used the shuttle to go to the airport and took the express train.

Last Airport shuttle ends at 11:30pm, so if your flight lands after that, you must use a taxi or else walk roughly 30mins.
