The hotel was easily reachable from the airport, even walkable distance without luggage. A train station was close and it was easy to reach the city center. Bus is also an option, but it is much slower. I mainly stayed there for sleeping, and the microwave was a big plus. I could do the check in earlier. The receptionists were always really helpful and flexible, that was a big plus. Also I could leave my luggage on the last day after check out.

I missed to explicitly ask to clean the room, but there was no cleaning during my stay. I did not complain about that, I only missed to supply new washing gel. The weather was warmer than expected, but the air conditioning could not be activated. Considering a flexibility and the last minute booking at a good price overall I was much more happy than unhappy.

We chose this residence specifically for its in-room kitchen, as we were staying for three weeks while traveling for work. Arriving by car, we appreciated the secure underground parking, which made things much easier. The residence offers several useful amenities, including a convenient laundry room that we used often during our stay. Though it might seem a bit far from the city center, there’s actually a bus stop just a two-minute walk away, with regular buses running until midnight, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, the location was perfect for us since it was very close to my workplace. Overall, this residence provided everything we needed for a comfortable, long-term stay.

The gym equipment could use an update, and the Wi-Fi speed was a bit slow, averaging around 10 Mbps.

The deluxe studio was spacious, clean and had a kitchenette, with a 2 plate hob, microwave and a medium sized fridge/freezer. It also had ample storage space, a large double bed and a large TV. It also had a good sized bathroom with a shower. When not foggy, the room offered a lovely view of Santuario di San Luca, and lots of natural light, since the room was on the 7th floor. The residence also has a pay-per-use laundry room. The staff is very helpful. The residence is close to the bus stop and the Borgo Panigale train station.

The studio was very spacious and clean with plenty of storage space. The bed was very comfortable and towels and free toiletries were provided. There was a kitchenette with a fridge/freezer and cutlery, cups/glasses, plates and pots/pans are provided. The members of staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is very good as it is only a few minutes' walk from a bus stop (number 23 to the city centre) and about 10/15 minutes' walk from a railway station (Bologna Borgo Panigale). There is a shopping centre about 10/15 minutes' walk away with a big supermarket (Ipercoop). Highly recommended.

The self-contained studio was very spacious with plenty of storage space and everything was very clean. Bed was very comfortable and towels and free toiletries provided. The kitchenette had everything you needed (pots, cutlery, glasses, dishes and a big fridge) and washing up liquid, sponge and drying cloth were provided. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a laundry in the basement with washing machine and drying machine costing 3.50 euros each. The location is very good, only a few minutes' walk from a bus stop (number 23 for the centre of Bologna) and about 10/15 minutes' walk from the railway station called Bologna Borgo Panigale. There is a shopping centre with a big supermarket (Ipercoop) about 10/15 minutes' walk away. Highly recommended.

When I arrived the staff were amazing, I am English and only know very little Italian so they adjusted to my needs. They were very helpful as well. I had a studio room and it was very spacious, a lovely view with large windows and a balcony. The room was clean and prepped with amenities. I would definitely stay here again. It was about a 20 minute walk away from a Lidl and surrounded with a good view.

The only thing that could have been better was the beds, they were not too comfy but for one night it was okay. I found myself very chilly in the night, the aircon was on but it was nice.

It was a huge apartment (not a room), maybe even bigger that my own one :D Super specious, with little kitchen, sort of dining room, nice, standard bathroom and then a huge bedroom with a huge bed. Also good desk to work. This was not a luxurious place, but really comfortable. I was surprised. As it is pretty far from the center, this is more for long stayings, with Lidl just behind the corner, so you can do grocery, cook, and still go to the center by bus (20 min to the old town). The area, even those are suburbs felt safe.

hmm, hard to say - maybe the distance to the center, but this is clearly stated in the offer. Nothing to complain about.

It’s really well located- though there was some work being done on the road to get there. The staff were incredibly nice! My room wasn’t completely ready when i got the at 14:30 but the cleaning staff was incredibly sweet and finished it up in 10 minutes.

I spent a while trying to figure out the AC. Im not sure that i did but since i had to stay in and work I couldn’t run down and ask. The temperature did drop so sleeping was very comfortable

The reception team was quite nice and helpful, the room was as seen in the pictures and as per expectation, was quite clean and tidy yet it is simple. the location is quite nice & calm and easy to commute to Downtown through bus # 23.

is little bite far/don't have direct transportation to Bologna Fiera except through Tax or a long route through bus. but this is not the fault of the hotel.

Extremely nice staff, who did help us to find our way into the Bologna city centre and a good place to have breakfast next morning. Very large apartments and they have been very clean. We also have been able to find free nearby parking locations on the street.

The only missing thing was a "vending machine" to buy snacks and drinks. This would be a nice add-on. Perhaps there is one and we just didn't find it?
