Location was excellent, included breakfast was great, staff was helpful and the room was spacious and beds were comfortable.

It said on booking that it has free parking, but the free parking was public and the places were all taken. I had to pay 10euros/day for their private parking garage.

Location great, cleaning service great, breakfast super tasty with good variety and kind staff. Reception open 24/7. Good isolation of the rooms, nice and spacious bathroom and really clean and functional, great beds, daily change of sheet and towels. Only thing that I didn't like, was that our room on the first floor, was on the back of the building and for a stay of 8 nights as ours was, the feeling was a little dull and boring. There was no view and the natural light was fading very early in the afternoon. Also, I had to keep the curtains closed as there was a feeling that somebody might be able to come and look inside through the window. I asked for another room as I firstly arrived but the answer was that there were no other rooms available with 2 single beds as ours was ... Overall, I will come back when in Bologna again🙏. As I mentioned previously, no view and the colors of the room were a little claustrophobic but it's a matter of personal taste ... The communal tax to pay is 9 euros, per room, per night but the hotel has no responsibility for that ...

The staff was really nice and helpful. The room and bathroom was clean. The breakfast was OK, typical Italian breakfast which means a lot of sweets 😋 the bed was really big and comfortable. The localisation was OK, you can get to the city center by the bus (u can buy ticket at the bus with the card). It's very close to the airport.

The AC wasn't working. We asked the staff about it and they turned it on but still it wasn't working as it should be so in the summer time I think I won't pick this place cause it was really hot in the room even if the AC was working on 18°C all night.

Nicee and clean, the stuff is super friendly, with bus stoop nearby.

Having a kettle in the room would be nice.

I liked everything, the food was great, the hotel, the lift, the staff, the food again... The bedddddd was so comfy and felt like a hug. The view, from my window was not so great but everything else was top notch. You can get bus 19(€2 each way) straight to the city and a taxi to the airport for 15-20€. The staff are 20/20 amazingggggg people. Very kind hearted and trustworthy.

The window view, but the room and TV was great you can change the language of the audio and subtitles.

This hotel met my expectations, staff is helpful and overall service is great. During our stay (7 nights) room was cleaned on daily basis, bathroom is spacious and it was also cleaned regularly. Reception works 24h. Bed and pillows were ok for us. Even its not in city center this location has good connection with public transport, and as its near the airport taxi is not expensive.

Hotel is located near busy street, our room was facing the street so we could hear the noise (low), also we were able to overcome this by using soft earplugs (which we always take with us when we travel).

The noise of arguing from the McDonalds next door at 2am, and beyond. The hotel was better than the immediate area. Parking was a challenge, just open the garage for all guests as the standard procedure, it seemed that the staff were relucant to do this. Restaurant not open weekends, just for business guests Mon-Thurs

Everything was good: breakfast, room, cleanliness, staff and facilities. No noise near the hotel too. The hotel is a bit far from the city center and bus is the major public transportation means close by which is not always on time. However, it's easy to get the bus and there are also restaurants and markets close to the hotel (if needed), so it's fine too.

Air conditioning was not working. Staff said the temperature was good outside and they usually switch off the air conditioning and recommend people to open the windows. I agree the temperature was good (mid spring) and we mostly enjoyed the room temperature by opening the windows, so it's a very small issue. However, I'd like to have the choice of turning on the air conditioning or not. For example, it may be useful to close the windows to also close the blinders in order to avoid the sunlight early in the morning or any sort of noise (there was none by the way).
