The hotel is not right in the centre but it is easy to get to from the airport (direct bus for 4 euros) and then within walking distance of the centre. I had asked for a quiet room and this was provided. The breakfast was very good value for money.

We got upgraded room. Polite staff ready to help. Easy to find, and easy check in. Parking across the street. Not far from the city center. Big room and bathroom. Heating is working normally. Vending coffee and snacks machine.

WIFI (internet) not working at all! Breakfast not included in the price. No gym. Only one elevator for this size of a accommodation and number of rooms. (it should be at least 3). Thin walls and celling (you can hear noisy guests from upstairs and doors from the hall.) Blankets are smelly. (dry cleaning or washing needed like yesterday).

The staff was really nice and cordial. They gave us all the information required to be around the city. The location is also good in a calm place and close(if you love to walk) to the main attractions like city center a 25/30 min walk similarly the train station is 25 mins walk. Having said that there are also buses available very frequently for the same as well.The airport is about 20 mins via bus and then you have to walk around 7 mins to reach the hotel. Overall a good experience.

Wifi is a pain as it won't be allowing you to be online continuously as it elopes very frequently.

Nice spacious and clean room and balcony, towels and facilities. Very good value for money and bus stop to citu centre is a 3 minutes walk from hotel. Eleonora at the reception and Eddy at the breakfast area were very polite and helpful.

It would be good to have door signs to not disturb and clean the room as we were there for 2 days and we were not aware our room would be arranged whilst we went for breakfast. Breakfast had quite a few options but coffee was disappointing. The water on the 2nd floor didnt have a good taste. Parking available for 20 euros per day for hotel guests and quite challenging for medium/big cars.

The hotel is in an extremely communicative location, the important things are no more than 30 minutes from the hotel. Very clean and quiet. The reception staff were extremely kind and responsive, as well as helping with everything and answering every question in an understandable and polite way

For us pillows was problem cause for us the pillows were a bit small (thin) as we are used to big ones. it would be good to have one big (thick) and one small (thin). lastly i recommend to make the wi-fi connection more stable in the rooms as it is often lost and not caught even in a large part of the room. however, the hotel was very peaceful, quiet and clean. i recommend

All the staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful and were able to answer all of our questions. The housekeeping staff were exceptional as they would iron clothes for us in the morning ! The breakfast team were excellent too and the continental breakfast had a good spread of cold cuts of meat, cheese and fruits which ran over 3 hours most days. The buses to and from Bologna city centre and station run just a short walk from the hotel

There is car parking underground but it is very tight ... small cars are ideal!

Good location, clean comfortable room, excellent breakfast, numerous reasonably priced restaurants nearby. There are frequent buses to Bologna centre and is also within walking distance. Bologna cuisine is renowned and we thoroughly enjoyed all the well known dishes. Plenty to see and enjoy including the UNESCO Porticos and the numerous museums, the medieval building , churches and other structures.

The room was adequate, however it was dated and could do with some improvement. There was only one plug socket available for use. The folding door in the kitchenette was stiff and difficult to open. One of the bedside reading lights ( enclosed photo) had exposed wiring which was reported to the reception but nothing was done.

Very nice and big room, as a family of 4 we were very comfortable. The kids loved the huge bathtub. Convenient to have a kitchen with fridge in the room. Breakfast was lovely with nice pastries and freshly made pancakes. Staff very friendly, I appreciated the message with information received a couple of days before arriving. Location outside city center, but easy to get to center and airport by bus. Its possible to find local restaurants at good prices nearby.

Not much, except that the pillows were a bit hard..

I slept wonderfully every night, and I'm usually someone who doesn't sleep well. The room was the perfect size, the air conditioning worked beautifully, and the TV had a wide selection of channels. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is well connected to the city center via public transport.

My key card was fussy, and it often took me several tries to successfully open my door. There were also a few signs of wear and tear in the room, but nothing terrible.

Nice room, good breakfast, decent location with bus stop not far away and bus to airport if required. Room was very big and spacious and good shower. Breakfast was nice, lovely terrace to start your day and staff were super friendly and helpful.

Think there was some overuse of fabric softener or spray for the room but it disappeared after the first day. If you don't/can't walk too far and are out late might be worth considering given distance to city centre/train station
