Location is great, right on the edge of the city centre. It's about a 10 minute (covered) walk to the main square. Breakfast is simple but hits the spot. Staff is very friendly and helpful and there 24 hours. Room was huge for the 4 of us with a very nice bathroom and shower.

Neighbourhood seemed a little rough on the edges, but added some charm. Very easy to reach from the airport, just 23 EURO. Recommend not to take the airport shuttle as that's far more expensive and uncomfortable.

Enjoyable small breakfast. Coffee was served to you exactly as you wanted. I was not even waiting for anykind of breakfast, so I was happily surprised. The room was very cosy, somehow magically just a very pleasant place to be. My small room had a surprisingly large bathroom, which was also nice. Great people working by the desk. My special thanks go to Salvatore for sharing some extra vegan information.

Very little detail, but I´m still going to mention. In my opinion, the tv in the room is situated in a way, that makes using the window unnecessary difficult. Atleast for me, as I never even opened the tv, but was truly enjoying the window and the great weather of spring / early summer in Italy.

We feel so lucky to have booked this hotel! The people running the hotel are so friendly and kind and really looked after us. It is a lovely hotel, in a good location about 15 minute walk from the main square. The rooms are quite big as is the bathroom, and the aircon works very well! They even offered complimentary coffee and simple breakfast every morning for all the guests which we really appreciated. It is also the best value hotel we have stayed at in our 2 months travelling Europe, a very reasonable price for such a nice place, but it is really the people working here who set it apart.

As others have mentioned, it would be good to offer a small fridge and kettle to bring the rooms up to modern standard. Also, we did get woken up at times by other people letting their doors slam - perhaps some soft-closing mechanisms could really help. But otherwise it was nice and dark in the rooms.

Lovely staying, very nice staff, comfortable bed and pillow, clean and we walked everyday to/from the train station. The breakfast was simple but delicious so for us it was nice. I cannot be sad with Italian cappuccinos and croissants. :)

Some guests that used to arrive doing lots of noise, but I understand that this is out of the hotel control.

The welcome was fantastic. We arrived quite late and we were greeted in Romanian by the front desk officer. We were surprised to find out the hotel does offer free colazione which was wonderful. We got a room larger than expected and the bathroom was extra large as well. The location is wonderful and it was super quiet and calm.

The only negative thing was the amount of hair all over the place. The towels and bed included. The towels could use a bit of an update.

The hotel is fine, in a near central neighborhood. The staff was welcoming and eager to help. The room was fine, as was the bathroom, very classical. The hotel offers a kind of breakfast for free, tea, coffee, italian croissants. Nice.

Not far from the center, but not really close either. If you want to take buses, not easy as many don't go to the center directly. Isolation is not perfect: during the night people are heard in the corridor because of this.

The responsiveness of the staff. We told them about the shower head needing replacement because it was sputtering water everywhere and they were on top of it. They also unclogged the toilet sink in one of the rooms we rented quickly.

I wish they paid more attention to housekeeping standards. It’s a good thing the front desk staff were able to help with our issues quickly.

20mn walk from the train station and 15mn walk from the old town. Perfect for us. Aircon in the room, 24h reception and very comfy bed. Possibility to drop your bags earlier than check-in time. And breakfast was offered !

Bit noisy in the corridor, could do with a bit more sound proofing.

The hotel is close to the station, 20 minutes walk, 15 minutes by bus, and not far from the historical center, the area is calm and more like a living area, not tourists, wich means calm. But still, there are some shops and restaurants nearby. The room is clean and quiet

The shower head needs some repair or change

This hotel is in an excellent location - 20 minutes walk from the Bologna central station and maybe 15 minutes walk to the historical town centre. The staff was super helpful and provided us with tips on what to see in Bologna and its vicinity. Complimentary breakfast was an unexpected plus and made our mornings :)

The AC in the room did not work and the room was overheated. Luckily we could open bathroom window for some fresh air but I imagine that in summer when the temperature is higher it could be a problem.
