The place looks like a hotel room, our kids slept in the same room with us, on a two storey bed. It was comfortable, clean, spacious bathroom, nice mirror with light. Air conditioning was a life saver during hot August time. Daily cleaning. Coffee pods, tea bags, some cookies. Thanks for a small kettle! All in all it was a great stay.

Maybe a small kitchenette would do wonders, in my opinion. A small freezer to make ice for cold drinks. I tried to lower the minibar temperature, but it is quite weak to cool properly. Probably more dense curtains would also add points for better sleep.

We spent one night here - very functionally equipped. We spend the night before in a very centric hotel called Panorama and think the price quality of San Felice is sooo much better! Very clean, modern, well functioning aircon and easy communication for check in and checkout!

Not right in the citycenter but just a short walk away - Bologna is very walkable and the very popular restaurant trattoria da me is just a street away.

The location is very close to Piazza Maggiore, making it easy to reach everything on foot. The room has everything you need for a city trip. Parking Europa is conveniently located nearby (700-800 meters). We even had a nice balcony. Major plus for the cleanliness. Alessandro is very helpful; he made a parking reservation for us and gave us restaurant tips. The check-in instructions are really cool, with a video explaining everything.

The fact that you can hear everything from the nearby rooms and corridor.

The proximity of the place is close to restaurants and grocery. Bus stop is also around the corner to go to Piazza Maggiore. Though there were no staff to talk to at the property, the owner is just a whatsapp away and able to attend to our querries in a timely manner.

Nothing really to dislike. It was value for our money.

I love that the place was very close to the station by bus and it was easy to find with the help of the video sent to me for direction the self check in was the best that I have ever seen

That things from bar where not free like other place I visited atleast there was suppose to be a bottle water in the mini bar too the mini coke and juice were not free 🤣

Great accommodation at a great price. It was a perfect for Bologna. Really modern and well looked after.

Nothing, some construction on the street so not the prettiest thing to walk out to but that’s has to happen sometime and didn’t impact me at all as the room was on the other side of the building.

25 minutes walking to the center. But you can take bus numbers 19 and 35 to get there. From train station bus 33 will take you to the property. We requested a room with a terrace. It was great to have an elevator in the building. The host allowed us to store luggage after checking out.

Cheap, nicely placed, really nice hosts. We arrived a bit earlier and asked if we could let our luggage there so that we don’t bring it to visit the city. There was no issue. A bit noisy with the traffic outside but nothing enough to complain.

The shower head had a fissure and water was running through it with higher pressure than where it should come from, but once again nothing to complain about. Just to signal it.

The room was very spacious and felt new. . The bathroom was well appointed and also quite spacious. The shower was fabulous! Great location, about a 10-15 minute walk to central Bologna under the city's arches. Antonio sent us very good instructions on parking options then met us on arrival and welcomed us well. Bologna is a beautiful city with a great vibe... We hope to visit again and would be more than happy to stay at the same location.

Nothing really. The internet connection would cut every few minutes but it was perfectly fine for email etc.

What surprised me was availability of all paid TV subscriptions - Netflix & Amazon. Not that we us s it a lot, but nice. Location was good. Walkable. Everything else was as you would expect. Bunk bed was smart solution and kids love it. If I would go back there next time - yes.
