absolutely loved my stay at this property in Bologna! The location was fantastic – right in the heart of the city – which made it so easy to explore all of Bologna’s sights and try the local restaurants just by walking around. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, and the high level of cleanliness truly exceeded my expectations, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. The combination of a perfect location and exceptional cleanliness made my trip even more special. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bologna.

The apartment was clean and tidy. The location was great 10 mins from the city centres main square and just over 10 mins from the main train station. Everything is within walking distance. The addition of a small fridge in the room was very nice. Beds where comfy and spare pillows where available. The bathrooms were modern and well stocked for all my needs. Really close to a supermarket below the apartment to get drinks or other small snacks.

The bed was a little wobbly but nothing to worry about. Rooms where a little hot and I couldn’t get the air conditioning to work, might be due to the time of year I was travelling but there was a fan in the room I used which worked perfect for my needs. The temperatures might have been fine for others, but I like a cool room to sleep in, might be because I never see the sun where I am from.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is excellent, right in the center of things and a short walk from the train station. The staff were warm and welcoming and very communicative, which is always helpful. The room itself was spacious! Very comfortable and with a nice view. They even offered free earplugs for any street noise, but that was not an issue. The shared bathrooms were impeccably clean and very comfortable. A very quiet and enjoyable stay. This was great value in Bologna in a beautiful building for a very comfortable stay.

Location was very close to center and train station. Room and bathroom was clean. Mario (owner of hotel) was so helpful. Bologna is not as crowded as Florence. Mario suggestted restaurants and cities I can go for one day trip.

Not so much to say. Common bath might be disturbing for some people. But it was very clean.

Everything. The host is SUPER nice and responsive and kind. She let me leave my suitcase after check out and even gave me a spare key. The room is very big and the house itself is clean and cozy and well-vintage-decor. Shared toilets but superrrr clean and so u dont feel as its an issue. Everything i needed.

Maybe the location though it is a few minutes walk to the city center, just for me i like to stay in the more authentic areas.

The location is great, near both Bologna Train Station, as well as the busy city center, easy and fast to reach (less than 15 min walking), the host was very friendly and supportive, always willing to help.

It was not quite clear the bathroom was a shared one, but the good thing is that it was always very clean. Also, for those who prefer quiet rooms, keep in mind you are on a busy street :). All in all, it remains a good value-for-money choice.

Beautiful room, the apartment is big. 2x very nice and clean Bathrooms. Super cool Vintage life. Regarding the location: great! next to the nightlife streets (5-10min walk) but also 10-15min walk to all the important sightseeing sights.

If you room is on the street side, can be loud from traffic (only if you like to sleep with open windows). With AC on and windows closed, you almost don't hear it.

The accommodation was lovely and very clean and in an excellent location within a short walking distance from the main attractions and the train station. The room had the basics I needed for my stay and the host was friendly too.

There was noise from the street at night but this was expected with such central location so it wasn't really an issue and as I light sleeper I had prepared with earplugs knowing the location on a big street.

Marco and his niece were very kind, friendly and helpful! I really enjoyed my stay, everything was absolutely sparkly clean at all times!!!! As a solo traveller I felt safe all times, location is super convenient. The only thing was that my room was to the main street and it was very noisy! Take ear plugs with you for sure if you are a light sleeper!!!!

10 minutes walk fom the station and 10 minutes walk into the centre of Bologna the location is ideal. Rooms are spacious and clean and the host Mario was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is on the 7th floor (dont worry there's a lift) which helps with noise from the busy streets. Of course with the location there are many great bars and restaurants a very short walk away.
