The hotel is 7-10' walking by Central bus or train station. The same distance from city center. Two super markets 1' away. The room has a mini refrigerator and hair dresser.

The check in.. after 15:00pm Why so late??... Not only this hotel but many other must change this policy, and booking.com should work for this. Personally I believe that 12:00 is the right time for start check in.

Staff were lovely and helpful when ever we needed them. The hotel is in a really good location. We didn't need to get public transport or taxis to any place we wanted to visit within the city. Bars, restaurants, historical sights are all within walking distance. It is also really easy to get to and from the airport. I would suggest a taxi because it works out near enough to the same price in comparison to the train (4-5 euro in the difference if you are a couple travelling). The bed was really comfortable, the room had good space and a balcony to have a beer, the shower did the job.

There was nothing I didnt like. The hotel is a bit old, so it may not suit people who are seeking a more modern environment. However, it is clean, comfortable and all the utilities functioned perfectly. Staff were great as well! The hotel was a tad pricey, but more affordable in comparison to other hotels within its location, which is great.

The room was clean and nice, the furniture and in general the equipment in the room were in good condition. Toilet items were available (soap, shampoo, toothpaste, one-use slippers also). There also were available a boiling cup, tea, instant coffee, sugar and some small items like biscuits, jam capsules. The room was heated, and the heating worked well. Good position, close to the train station and about 10-15 minutes walking to the historical center. A supermarket is also very close to the hotel. Staff very nice and kind. There is the possibility to keep the baggage in a special room after checking out.

Everything was OK

The hotel is located in the northern part of the city centre, a 12-minute walk from Bologna Centrale station. It is only minutes away from rerstaurants, cafes, and the main porticoed street, Via Independenza. When I reported certain problems with the room I was given initially (air conditioner and safety deposit box didn't work), I was immediately offered a choice of two other rooms which were fine. There is an elevator to reach the six floors. Reception staff were very friendly.

Since the Covid epidemic the hotel does not offer breakfast anymore, which was not clear to me when booking the room. There are several nice cafes in the vicinity, though, with a wide choice of breakfast options.

Clean and renovated room, which was cleaned every day. Close to the centre of Bologna, maximum 15 minutes walking. Very friendly and polite staff, ready to assist you before, during, and after your stay.

Even though the room was very clean and renovated, it was very small. The soundproofing was very bad. You could hear everything in the next room. The problem with soundproofing is a matter I have met in general in Italy though. The pillows could be a little fluffier. The cleaning lady should wait 1 more minute prior entering the room after knocking the door.

The room was spacious and the bathroom was really clean. The staff mad our bed and changed towels daily. The location is just a 10min walk from the main square and most of the locations for sightseeing. Our room came with a balcony witch was great for a smoking.

The room was on the 4th floor, It was relatively clean besides some dust on the windows. We were there at the end of April and because some days was a little bit cold, the room was very cold, but we were told that the city has shut off the heating so we couldn't heat our room. Our next-door neighbors were sometimes very loud during the night and the wife couldn't fall asleep. The restaurant was unavailable while we were staying so we didn't get the breakfast option.

Located in the most perfect position. Half way between central train station and city center. Few minutes walk from everything you might need. Staff is extremely friendy and helpful - I cannot find enough kind words to describe them.

Hotel could use some update. Also, when we came into our room it had a really strong smell - like a mix of really strong cleaning chemicals, a bit of that "old furniture smell" + it seemed like it wasn't ventilated in a while so the air was really heavy. Considering price and all positive things you get as a value, this was not a deal-breaker but it still impacted the overall impression.

The hotel has a very nice central location - just 10 minutes away on foot from the central square of Bologna. The rooms are large. Beds are very comfortable. The hotel is very affordable.

The furniture is a bit worn out. The rooms are quite noisy and you can hear other guests speaking through walls and music from outside. The property does not offer breakfast. One of the reception employees was not very polite when we tried parking our rent-a-car in front of the hotel, he was quite tense while explaining us that in the Historic Center of Bologna there are many rules and we are not allowed to park at many places.

The hotel is in a great location with lots of cafes, bars, and restaurants close by. It's a short walk to the main square with lots of interesting things to see on the way. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was light, airy and very clean.

It is a little run down but I think it's great value for the price you pay. There is water and a couple for soft drinks in the fridge but no price list, we're used to staying in hotels that will give you complimentary water in the room but there is a charge here - it would be good to make this clear.

Excelent location, you can walk to the city centre and also to the train station. You can find 2 little restaurants with very good food, pastery and caffe and also there are 2 supermarkets very close, about 2-3 mins walk. Very clean, updated furniture with all the facilities. Room cleaning and reffil supplies everyday. Fridge in the room.

The heating was not working properly. Considering the fact that it’s april and the weather was great, my husband and I didn’t actually have a huge problem with the lack of heating, but my parents would have been preferring to be a little bit warmer during the night. We asked the staff to solve the problem in my parents room but they didn’t change anything. After all it wasn’t such a problem so we didn’t insist about it.
