The apartment is near city center and big. The one that we got it was perfect for 5 persons. We even used the toilet from the apartment when we were in the city for drinks.

The communication is bad. But it was on point. We needed the info for check in and check out and we received them with a few hours before the checkin. Indeed as mentioned in other comments the AC in the kitchen is leaking and there is a little bit of mold in the shower. But it wasn.t terrible. For us it was ok. As the shower is very big.

We very much appreciated the location. It was very close to the city center where we like to be, and served as a perfect home base for our excursions into the heart of Bologna. The room was clean and up-to-date in an old building with character. Following the instructions from Carlo, the host, the self-check-in went without a hitch, as did the self-check-out.

The lighting in the hallway outside the room could be improved. We would have appreciated more horizontal surfaces in the bathroom for storage of typical bathroom items.

We stayed for 5 days and they provide us towels and shampoo only for the first day!

My friend and I liked our stay. The room was big enough and clean. The bed was comfortable and the TV has YouTube. We got a bad weather, but it was warm inside. On the cold days the bathroom can get cold, but it's alright when it's heated from the room. The location is perfect, we were only walking to everywhere we wanted. There is a bus stop near by that we used when we were coming from the airport. The communication with the owner was pleasant.

Great location, very close to the center and night life, and also a quiet location. Comfy bed, nice shower. We checked in and out on our own very easily.

The bed had a blanket with a sheet to cover it but it didn't have a whole cover for the blanket so we were constantly trying not to touch the blanket. The shampoo/shower gel was just a little bottle that was not enough for our stay so I suggest you bring your own.

The room was very good an clean. At an amazing location 10 min walk from the center and very quiet. With big bathroom and very comfortable bed. We really enjoyed staying there and definitely will visit again.

Our only complaint is that there wasn't any shampoo or shower gel. Also we'd appreciate if they had few coffee capsules for the coffee machine. Still we had great time...

Great location at the heart of the city. There was enough space for 2 people in the room.

Poor communication with the landlords. No support or response if you would need additional help (info or items such as iron for example).

Perfect location and big apartment, the only thing not making it a 10 is the windows are obviously original old Porto style so they can let some noise in

The apartment was lovely clean and great location to the town minutes walk from everything to see and do in Bologna.

There is a restaurant / bar right underneath the apartment. So both nights we stayed you could very loudly hear locals chatting till the early hours of the morning, we had children with us so meant it was very difficult to get to sleep.

the only thing I can say is that they forgot to add the soap in the bathroom. we arrived very late so they promised to bring some in the morning which never happened. we had to buy ourselves which is fine, it didn’t matter but we missed some empathy / politeness towards us.
