Lovely hosts. They do laundry for you if needed and got it back the next day. Nice breakfast choice. Very comfortable beds, great A/C and shower. Very quiet in the rooms which is great, excellent location, a little bit away from everything but this is what we wanted. 10min walk to the main area / direct 11 bus from the station. They have a lift, essential when you have heavy bags

Price was high for the room but all accommodations seemed to be priced high when I was booking. Would pay the price again though for the comfortable-ness

We were made very welcome even though we weren't typical tourists for this B&B. We were family meeting up for a wedding in the middle of our stay. We were able to spend time getting ready on the big day, able to come and go as we needed. We really appreciated this, as the B&B was just 5mins walk from the Palazzo Isolano. It was also about 10mins walk from the park for our dog. I was anxious about unloading the car but no-one seemed to care that we were double-parked for a while! The garage nearby was very tight to enter in a narrow one-way street but the owners are extremely competent and parked the car for me! It was all much easier than I anticipated. The lift was a little slow but large enough and easier than the 90 steps to the top floor. The entrance through a locked outer door from the street lead into an area where my husband was able to leave his mobility scooter safely. Breakfast was a revelation each day... so much choice, fresh and innovative. The apartment was spotless (apart from our glitter!) with fresh towels daily.

Comfy bed and pillows. Lovely breakfast with a personal touch. Very authentic style of living while in Bologna. Would stay again.

Clean, comfortable bed, nice common area, 10-15 minute walk to historic center, nice simple breakfast, friendly staff and very accommodating for a late arrival that I didn’t realize was necessary til the last moment.

It was quite cold in the room the first night I got there, but later it was fine.

Lovely comfortable room , cosy bed , good shower , clean and tidy . Location was superb , bars and restaurants nearby , 10 mins stroll into the heart of bologna . Breakfast was lovely , lots of choice . The owners were nice , although very quiet .

It's quite hard to find , it's actually on the 3rd floor of a block , no signs actually saying this , the owner just shouted out of the window to us as we were wandering around outside . Would be better with tea and coffee facilities ( although on the website it says it has them ) it also states ironing facilities which it hasn't got . We also had a leaking tap in the bathroom which had a cup under it . But it didn't stop us enjoying a lovely 3 night stay here . Just needs a little better signage .

We were on the third floor, so thankfully they had an elevator

V nice apartment in a great neighborhood. Giovanni turned out to be a cool and experienced host giving us great topics for restaurants. Loved the breakfast and would definitely go back.

There was nothing wrong with the property. Parking is not easy and basically not allowed in the old historical center (I should have done my homework before driving there in the evening). Let the owner know before you arrive so he can help.

This was a very well presented property. Modern and tastefully furnished. The owner was helpfu and the apartment was right in the old city.l Breakfast was nice with plenty of choice.

The problem was parking and the apartment difficult to find. We moved our car to an on- street parking area as we had parked in the actual street but found it was just for residents. The lift up to the top floor is so slow you could easily walk it in half the time.
