Clean, comfortable bed, nice common area, 10-15 minute walk to historic center, nice simple breakfast, friendly staff and very accommodating for a late arrival that I didn’t realize was necessary til the last moment.

Comfy bed and pillows. Lovely breakfast with a personal touch. Very authentic style of living while in Bologna. Would stay again.

It was quite cold in the room the first night I got there, but later it was fine.

Lovely comfortable room , cosy bed , good shower , clean and tidy . Location was superb , bars and restaurants nearby , 10 mins stroll into the heart of bologna . Breakfast was lovely , lots of choice . The owners were nice , although very quiet .

It's quite hard to find , it's actually on the 3rd floor of a block , no signs actually saying this , the owner just shouted out of the window to us as we were wandering around outside . Would be better with tea and coffee facilities ( although on the website it says it has them ) it also states ironing facilities which it hasn't got . We also had a leaking tap in the bathroom which had a cup under it . But it didn't stop us enjoying a lovely 3 night stay here . Just needs a little better signage .

Very small and very cosy hotel with only 4 rooms, located right in the Bologna city center (700m walk to Piazza Maggiore). The hotel is on the 3rd floor of the apartment building. Room was not so big but had everything you need. There is no kettle and fridge in the room but you can find both in the lounge room, for a common use. Hotel itself is very quiet but it’s located on the busy street, so if you keep the window open be ready for a lot of street noise. When the window is closed you can hardly hear anything. There is an air-conditioner in the room, smart TV with Netflix/amazon prime and youtube. Strong and stable wifi. Good shower. Lovely breakfast is served in the lounge room with awesome view over the church across the street. Giovanni (the host) is attentive and resourceful. Thanks for a great stay!

Just perfect really. I liked everything - comfortable beds, lovely fresh clean room, great breakfast etc etc. Very quiet although on. amain street - double glazing worked a treat. It was on the hird floor but had a lift. Best of all was Karina who looked after us beautifully. She was friendly knowledgeable and helpful in everything.

Perfect location, lots of restaurants, bars and shops within a few minutes walking. Friendly staff. Lovely and clean room with an ensuite. Air con was great in the July heat.

It would have been good to have a kettle or a coffee/tea station, apart from that the facilities were great. There is an option for breakfast.

Host was very accommodating actually letting us check in early. Facility was spotless. Room was very comfortable, best bed and pillows I've slept on in 3 weeks. Bathroom was larger than most. Breakfast was plentiful. Location was ideal, easy to walk to center but far enough away to avoid the crowd Host reserved garage for our parking and it was very convenient.
