The breakfast was varied, with a wide selection of cheeses, fried/boiled eggs, salami, yogurts, juices and sweets. The triple room was spacious, clean, the sheets and towels were impecable, queen bed (the mattress is a bit noisy) and the extra bed is ok for a child. The bathroom is generous, clean and with beautiful mosaic tiles.

The table in the room is big, round and fixed in the wall and very close to the sofa. So if you have a baby/toddler it might be a trouble because it might sometimes hit their head or body to the table. The shower cabin needs some improvements (the door doesn't close, it is a bit rusty at the entrance). Keep in mind that near the hotel, there is a supermarket - Conad which is a plus most of the time, but in the morning it is noisy due to supply carts.

An interesting, charming hotel. The physical features of it (being a former convent) are gorgeous. The staff were super friendly. Perfect location for those who don't want to be right in the centre (but it's only 15 mins walk away!).

If I had to be picky, I'd say that being in a room on the ground floor meant that the noise from the people above (and the fact the building is very old and the above floors are probably wooden) could be quite loud at times — mostly stompy and creaky. This could just have been those particular people above during my stay, though!

The staff were so helpful and friendly, helping us with transport enquiries. The breakfast was lovely, rooms were smaller than we thought from the pictures but more than fine. The location was quiet, air cond worked well given we were there in a heatwave. About a 10 minute walk to the city centre but at least 10 eating places nearby.

The staff was really nice and the location is perfect if you wanna see as much as possible of the city center. The breakfast is perfect, I did not worry a bit about the food, and the fruit salad was delicious.

The only small issue we had was with the door handle, because it can be a little bit hard to open it, so people can be a bit noisy while trying to do so, especially in the morning.

Room is big. Bathroom is also big, and with good privacy. Check in before our time was very convenient. Room sound isolation is not perfect, but being in a quite neighborhood provided a good night of sleep. Breakfast was in the room.

Bed is of poor quality, making a lot of noise when one moves. AC is noisy (seemed not properly maintained/cleaned), and insufficient for the room. It only refreshed the room after a few hours, and sleeping mode was not enough to maintain a good temperature. Breakfast options were very limited (we chose bread, eggs and bacon, but this was not accompanied by butter for example).

Atmospheric guest house with real character and traditional features. Great location, easy to walk to the centre and major sites.

We had one of the beautiful rooms on the ground floor - very atmospheric. But you could hear people’s footsteps on the floor above every morning (it was quite loud!) - so some soundproofing on the floor boards would be good!

Breakfast was very good. Continental with a lot of choice. Breakfast staff were fantastic Reception staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful.

The drains in the shower tray and sink, did not empty and the shower tray kept filling up with water, to the point you had to turn the shower off until it drained. Also Air/con unit dropped a lot of water into curtains and floor.

Good choice at breakfast. Continental plus scrambled eggs available. Good size bedroom. This hotel has a lot of character, friendly staff and is conveniently located.

The room would benefit with a few hooks to hang coats, small drawers for underwear, a bedside table and a shelf in the bathroom to place products.

There is really helpful and friendly staff. Good room with french balcony, big tv and comfortable bed. I liked the bathroom style a lot. Amazing location - 10-15 minutes to the center, calm neighborhood.

There are only small paper cups in the room, but they add new ones every day.

The property was very clean and the hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and bathroom was a good size. Breakfast was included and they had a good assortment of things to eat. They will also make you cappuccino, espresso etc on order. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the centre which we didn’t mind - at least we got to walk off all the pasta we ate.

The bed was a little on harder side and the pillows weren’t very comfortable.
