Everything was very much as described, no surprises. Nice, quiet area, we could park for free on the (narrow) street. Beautiful old house with well furnished rooms, clean, comfy. Nice bathroom and shower. Very much walkable from the city center, passing a great breakfast spot on the way (Le Serre dei Gardini). Perfect for a citytrip of a couple of days. Good value for money.

We already knew that the "breakfast" included was basically some pre-packed cakes and some pear juice, I still don't think they should advertise it as "breakfast included". The "fridge" was very small and a bit noisy at night. We had some stuff to keep cold, a "normal" small fridge would've been better. There's a possibility to reserve a parking spot on the property but that was not very clear in the listing - luckily we could park in the street. There's no clear reception area, a bit confusing when we arrived and wanted to check out.

Although we did not get to meet Andrea, he remained in contact throughout our stay, facilitated a late check-in with detailed instructions and was on hand for any questions. The room is tastefully decorated and the property is calm and gardens well kept. Thank you for a lovely stay!

For a B&B the breakfast offering was quite basic, just some pre-packaged cake / crackers and mini juice boxes. I knew going in the location is out of the city centre, and we were prepared for the 15 minute walk into Bologna, so not a problem but good to be aware of for those needing central locations.

Located in a leafy area up the hill just to the south of the city centre, it was a pleasant 20 minutes walk. (There are buses along this road). The property is within a detached villa away from the main road, not far from a lovely park. Andrea is a great host and he made us very welcome. The room itself had everything you would expect. Nicely decorated and very clean. Coffee, tea and pastries are provided for breakfast and on the way into the city you pass several cafes.

The staff were attentive and responded right away to any concerns. The property itself was beautiful and well-kept, very clean room.

It was quite expensive for a room that was a 20 minute walk from the city centre. They only provided one pillow per person which was very flat and resulted in a poor sleep with some back pain in the mornings.

Very unique place. The willa is located in very green area, close to the city center, has its own garden. Interior is a tastful mix of Old and modern style. There is even a small frindge in The room. The host is very friendly, flexible and helpful.

There was only one thing missing - air conditioning. It was almost 40 degrees in Bologne during our stay, although The building is surronded by trees, The temperature inside was quite high and the fan wasn't enough.

Very hospitable and extremely helpful host. Very clean and quiet room. Beautiful surroundings and wonderful parking available. The lighting in the bathroom was excellent and with the drawers, there was plenty of space for one's toiletry bags.

The towels were a bit rough

Lovely property, easy walk to the old town. Bus stop is close if you don't want to walk. Room was beatiful and comfortable.

Breakfast at this B & B was prepackaged breads and pastry type things. Would have been nice to have some fresh food.

Excellent location very close to the centre, with secure parking and very good staff.

Didn't like is too strong, but the driveway and road are pretty narrow, we were in a wide low car and managed to get in and out OK but it was tight. Breakfast was some packaged food in the room which was unusual but still decent food.

The location was great, 10 minutes of walking to downtown. The room was very clean, the bathroom was also very clean and it had good quality accessories. The host is very nice and helpful. Another important facility was the private parking available there. I strongly recommend it if you go by car.

The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast which was still served in room, due to covid, but we knew about that before from the reviews section.

The italian style of the hotel and that it was close to a bus station.

The "breakfast" is only a coffee machine and 2 Twinky style pastries in bags and some mermelade and nutella. Not what we expected.
