Beautiful room with a comfortable bed, lovely bathroom and lots of extras, water, coffee etc. only one improvement would be to have a fridge in the room rather than the hallway. The seating area outside is amazing, we were surrounded by the incredible scent of Jasmine and loved having our window open at night so we could smell it all the time. We stayed for almost two weeks, travelling around Northern Italy and using the B&B as our base. It’s about an hour walk to central station, about 30 mins to the centre of Bologna. There are plenty of shops nearby and a lovely bar serving great food just 5 minutes away (left at the end of the road). Our hosts were brilliant, made checking in easy (even allowed us to leave our luggage early) and took the time to settle us into the room etc. Also called a taxi for us on our last morning (be aware, we struggled to book taxis to the station, getting them back is easy from the taxi stand at the train station).

A fridge in the room would be helpful, especially for people staying longer as we did.

The room was cosy and the location was good. We loved the coffee, biscuits and the water that we had in the room. The room was equiped with everything we needed for our short stay. The owner was friendly and gave us some recommendations and instructions around the city. The apartment is situated just 15/20 minutes walk to the city center. There is also caffe bar, market and really nice restaurant close to the apartment. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

The thing that we didn't like was bad smell in the bathroom, especially during the night. I am not sure if this is something that owner could affect on but it wasn't pleasant. Everything was clean, just there are some signs of the mold on the tiles due to the moist and we know that it cannot be cleaned so easily with ordinary cleaning products. In any case this did not have a bad effect on our stay.

Amazing bed and possibly best shower I've ever had! It's location directly south of the Train Station meant I passed through the Piazza everyday. When you need a place to comfortably re-fuel for the next day I guarantee you won't do better. Highly recommend, and will go out of my way to stay here again.

Didn't have USB chargers and I'm a dumb North American that forgot about the outlet differences. My phone was my lifeline and I had to ration my charge until I purchased the proper charger.

The room is quite spacious and good enough for two people. The property is beautifully curated, and the staff was super helpful and friendly. We opted for the shared bathroom, which was big and had separate wash basins for the two shared rooms.

The desk in the room is not too big and cluttered with lots of items, making it difficult if you are also looking to work remotely.

The apartment was situated in a beautiful Italian mansion with a gorgeous terrace and mini artisanal fountain. The host was very friendly and understandable since we arrived late because we got delayed by traffic jam and ferry delays. The room was clean and nice with everything that we needed, plus coffee pods, fresh water and a little snack from the hosts.

Unfortunately the bed was very unstable and a little bit uncomfortable.

The atmosphere in the room was so nice and aristocratic. The host had left coffee, water, some cookies.

There were no blankets for cold and wet weather. If you go to the villa by car, it is better to find paid parking, because no space to park as is written. Also, the walls are so thin, and it was noisy.

A superb villa, located in a beautiful and quiet area, about 25 minutes' walk from the center. I really liked the way the classic Italian style combines with the modern. Thank you once again to the host for all the support and kindness

I have nothing to complain of.

The room was very clean and beautiful, with a very special decoration. There was no breakfast option but they offered some biscuits and coffee/tea for free. It is about 15 minutes walking distance from the city center which is great because the area is very beautiful and quite so it was a pleasure to get out from the city center which was quite crowded. There is also a bus stop very close to the hotel.

The most beautiful room, felt like we were in an Italian Palace. Really kind owners who were understanding of our flight being delayed and arriving very late out of our control. Really beautiful area, outside the city but only 15 min walk to everything which we loved

Everything was perfect for what we needed

The room was clean, as was the bathroom. In the room there were some cookies and coffee for breakfast. It took us about 20 minutes to get to the city centre by foot which was awesome (you could also take the bus which stops near the accommodation). I definitely recommend staying there!
